While we were happy to see that McDonald's had reinstated the SnackWrap to its menu, they seem to have a problem with requests to leave the shredded cheese off the item. My better half cannot eat cheese so we request that it be left off any McDonald's menu item. Most of the time, that's not a problem for the restaurant, but we've now had to return her SnackWrap to the counter because it contained cheese a total of THREE TIMES! I’m a regular customer who loves their breakfast burritos and especially their salsa. I often ask politely for extra sauce because I really enjoy it. Unfortunately, the staff here consistently respond rudely and seem annoyed by my simple request. It feels disrespectful and makes me hesitant to come back.

Fast, fresh breakfast. Food was steaming hot when we got it. The chicken on the chicken biscuit my adult daughter ordered was the size of her hand! You could have cut it in half for 2 sandwiches. She was happy! My sausage McGriddle was the perfect temperature and delicious. The orange juice my daughter got was warm. They gave her a new one, which was cold. The caramel frappe is the perfect drink. Our service was great!
