I'm not usually a fan of chocolate flavors, but the chocolate ice cream I stumbled upon here was something different and delicious. The ice cream with strawberry syrup was special, and I thought that topping must have been made with a special recipe. This place is the best, unlike other Red Mango locations.

I was so happy to have found a red mango in my area. I gleefully ordered and received my yogurt I stood ready to show my bday reward and pay the difference only to be told after multiple translations and a phone call that they wont honor it. Then, to my dismay, they took it back. They could've easily gained a long time customer ? had it went differently but alas.

The girl behind the counter was extremely rude. Didn't know what was what on there own menu. Gave us 2 watered down partfaits. Did not even look like the picture. If you don't like customers or dealing with them get a different job. Will not be coming back do not recommend. Need new employees that can at least communicate with costumers.

I went one day after work because I wanted to try an açaí bowl. I typically tend to have a hard time hearing and the girl who was working was incredibly rude. I told her what I wanted and Im still not sure what she was telling me. Kept saying something about “this is the only one we have,” but she was speaking in a foreign language to me and I couldn’t understand or even hear for that matter. Tried asking what she meant and explained to her that I couldn’t hear and she looks at me with a look on her face and says, “do you understand now?” and rolls her eyes. Paid $15 for a açaí bowl that was water and I ended up having to drink and wasn’t even what I ordered in the first place. She then started talking to her coworker about me and was pointing and laughing. Will not be coming back and it’s a shame cause I work at the mall. Overall bad experience and below average açaí bowl.

Anytime I’m in a bad mood, my wife googles frozen yogurt near me just to show me the picture of that dog. I love that dog.
Literally standing in front of the counter trying to yell back in the open door and not a single response. Customers should not be waiting this long just to see anyone. Absolute garbage employees.
