Ordered some chicken ring sandwiches with no cheese, only for all them to come with cheese, after waiting 15 minutes for the food. Not that big of a deal. I get told to go in the dining room to get it sorted, only to find the door locked and no one interested in opening it. So I go back in the drive thru. I wait 15 minutes for someone to talk to me, and they can’t even fix it. We got a refund. Absolutely horrendous service.

Coke unavailable,coke zero unavailable, coffee was just warm and the restrooms smelled of bad sewer. Waitress which I think was a manager didn't ask if I wanted cream or sugar, didn't say thank you or nothing told her that thete was any coke and she said that it was out. Wasn't busy at all and I was there for lunch and I see why, I know I won't be back
