We must say, the dinners would be very hard to replicate at any high-end restaurant. Jake took the order, via phone, and was most helpful and courteous. You just wouldn't think you could get steak dinners that good at a Lounge, but you certainly will at Driftwood Lounge on Thursday nights. We'll be back!”

“Very charming 50’s Diner a blast from the past! Old fashion drive up service or eat in. We had the All American Burger and fries, complete with a chocolate shake! We ate inside and the burger was delivered in a metal guitar basket. Great music good service. Even an old movie was on the tv. Server had an old fashioned change counter. If you drive by you’re missing out!”

“bob’s has consistently had my favorite burgers in america. prices are great, everything cooked to order and done so very quickly (our order for a family of four took only 5-10 minutes), and everything tastes fantastic. for a drive-in, it’s surprisingly clean and the employees are extremely professional and friendly. there’s even a playground for the kiddos! like many drive-ins in america, the neighborhood’s not what it once was, but it’s still plenty safe if that’s a concern.\n\nlong story short, 5/5. it’s remained open for 75+ years for a reason.”

“Apparently not allowed to bring attention to things that may or may not be right with an order. The night crew has went down with operations after ownership and management shiftes when Tammie retired. Would appreciate owner contacting concerning accusations that I have witnesses to that did NOT occur and were not said. I spoke with them before and 2 occurrences before on food not tasting right was when refrigerator had broken down. Recently asked for a Hoagie without pepper 🌶 and server even had marked that way but still came out with on. I can't eat hot or burnt things. Took awhile to get replacement and by then my group was ready to go. Then another occurrence on an order where I asked to talk to someone about. Manager came out of kitchen ready to come at me for wanting to talk to them and got very aggressive and snappy regarding. Which is why I request owner to please let me know when a good time to talk to. Thanks in advance. I had been a regular customer since 2005.”

“I work here. But also eat out with my family here. Some of us enjoy the pizza while the rest might want chicken or cheeseburger. We have a huge variety to choose from amd getting bigger by the day. I love the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the ranch cheesesticks. I'm not much of a pizza person. I typically get tenders and mash potatoes.

Kid-friendliness: Most time there are stickers or little games at the front desk for the kiddos. We have child menus and lots of candies and toys for purchase.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped restroom, slanted sidewalk for wheelchair use and extra large handicapped accessible restrooms.”

I just ordered 4 Classic roast beefs! Anyway I had to pull a Karen to get manager to redo it. the kid was just being super orrrnnerryyy!!! Roat beef was good anyway, just avoid stupid kid employees if possible.”

“Usually when we go to Paducah's Southside location, it is a very long wait and the customer service is not the greatest. However tonight, it was top notch. We had three different to-go orders. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and very professional. Both inside and drive through was pretty steady while we were there but the workers stayed efficient, friendly and professional. We did not have a very long wait even with the three orders. If they keep this young man, we will definitely be going back.”

“Great food, great portions and prices are fair. I typically get orange chicken but tried Garlic Chicken today. AMAZING. One of the best I've had from here. Crab ragoons and shrimp egg rolls really good. Regular egg rolls need some love but they are still good. No complaints, get your money's worth then some.”
