I've been a regular at Biggby, but the quality of the coffee has noticeably declined during my last few visits. It tastes weaker than usual, almost like they're using decaf by mistake. I hope they address this soon because it used to be one of my favorite stops

I ordered a drip coffee through the drive through. It took quite a while . However coffee was hot and the lady running the drive through was super pleasant. It was worth the wait! Would go again

The staff is always kind and makes our drinks quickly.. We highly recommend this place

As much as I love coming here. I hate that you guys slop so much cream cheese on the bagels. I shouldn't have cream cheese gushing out of the sandwich when I try to eat it.

That's why I always order it without cream cheese. But if I'm going through the drive through I can be assured you are going to slop it full of cream cheese. Just like it was today.

Order myself a Caramel maravel and it was quite good. ? The place was clean and service was fast. My barista 'Scott' I believe his name is was kind. ☕ One of the best biggbys I have ever been to and I am from lansing, Mi.

I'm not a bigby coffee drinker, but my daughter n law had a coupon. Employees had no clue on if syrups contained gluten. I have celiac disease, so it was a much needed question. I had to tell them they could see it on the bottles if it were.

I have been going to biggby for years and especially love their bragels. For some reason they have decided to start putting the cream cheese on the side for you to put on yourself? This has only happened 3 separate occasions and isn’t consistent so I’m not sure why they do it some days and other days don’t but it’s a real pain. I usually like to eat my bragel while I drive and that’s not possible when I have to put the cream cheese on it. It’s also rather difficult to spread cold cream cheese on a hot bagel that already has your meat and cheese on it. I hate to complain but it’s happened enough times that it is frustrating. Hoping they will stop doing it if I leave the suggestion!

Biggby is a great coffee shop but the Taylor Mill location is by far the best. The staff is very helpful and upbeat whenever I visit. And of course amazing coffee. Highly recommend to any visitors of NKY!

The staff is very friendly and attentive! Haley, Ava, Micah, and Ian are great! Coffee and breakfast sandwiches are really yummy!
