Biggby Coffee - Taylor Mill

I don’t enjoy getting upset with children working these jobs, but the blonde this morning she seemed like the manager not sure how. I received notification that my drink was ready. Head inside the gentlemen was trying to help me but his “manager” kept cutting him off and told me they were working on it, without actually checking on me drink, because it said it was ready. So 20 minutes go by and they are pumping out the drive thru just fine and wants to say it’s being worked on? So 30 minutes for a drink after being told it’s ready and still is not! Thank god I spoke up for myself or I never would have gotten it. She should not be in any leadership positions. I’m very sorry to the young girl that I got upset with because she and the gentlemen with the long hair shouldn’t be in management positions.

This group of human beings are such a wonderful start to my day. I’m so happy I stopped here. Had a laugh with the window lady. I’m inspired to be the positive bright shining light in people’s day today because of Alan, Natalie and Kayla. These people deserve raises and promotions. Keep up that energy and you’ll go wonderful places. Thank you 🙏

Differently A Great place I came through the drive through yesterday got to drinks one hot one iced two different flavors they were the same thing the hot was filled 1/4 of the way with coffee then topped with whipped cream the peppermint mocha didn’t taste like peppermint and obviously the sugar cookie didn’t taste like sugar cookie

When this location opened it was great. The last two times have been horrible. Long wait times, given wrong drinks, and not only were they wrong but also cold. The better option would be to go to another location or the Dunkin across the street.

Small local chain coffee shop with limited food offerings. We had Mochas and they were ok.

The woman behind the counter was so lovely. I don't treat myself often because I know mornings can be so busy at these places. Her kindness made my day and she deserved more than my tip. It's people like that who help us make it though the day just as much as our coffee fix.

My drink was not even mad properly and by the time I realized that is was as messed up as it was i was down the street. Needless to say I ordered a frozen who dey and it was just coffee blended not well at all in ice so not what I ordered I will not be back. You lack of attention to what is made has made me what to start going to 7 brew instead. And before this I would have never dared do that

Older blonde woman was the only one in the place who was wide awake & on top of things. She was handling the mid-morning sunday breakfast rush (drive thru & inside) pretty much on her own since all the college aged blonde girls working there seemed miserable. Maple waffle sandwich & coffee was good.

Ever since the new location opened it has really gone down hill. The manager Sarah seems like the only competent worker. Everyone else is rude with no since of urgency. I really wouldn’t complain but it happens every time I come in. If you’re going to be rude and slow at least make my coffee good and not sweet milk with a splash of coffee. Honestly save the trip and go to Dunkin across the street same thing but the coffee taste like coffee

Ordered a Carmel Marvel, and I stood there for the price and the Employee acted like I was dumb , and then the drink tasted like watered down coffee. I use to love this place it's really gone down hill . Way overpriced with employees that don't want to do their job, or act like the customer is a problem for even walking in the door.

I usually have a good blended iced coffee from this location, but today it was awful. The flavor was bad and the ice was not blended properly making it difficult to drink. VERY chunky and VERY weak taste. I hope this isn’t the norm and it was just a goof up!!! I feel I wasted my money and I can’t drive back to replace it 😠

This one is the slowest of them all. Maybe more staff is needed? Respectfully, it seems like a chronic issue

Consistently makes bad drinks and takes long enough that waiting for something to be remade is impossible. A waste of money most times
