Graters ice cream is good. Don't get me wrong. But it's over priced. Just like everything else is these days but it just seems like the good things are getting worse.The trifecta graders here in Taylor Mill, have children working the counter with a manager, who is, for lack of a better term. Odd. They're nice enough, don't get me wrong, but they are sticklers for everything. Their chocolates that they are selling our way over priced, the candies are way over priced, and in my opinion, the ice cream is not worth the price.If you're out on a date, after you go to either skyline, chili, or Larosa's, it's a nice little place to go. But it's not economical for families.

The new Lemon Meringue Pie ice cream is the best flavor ever!! I hope it stays.It is so nice to go into a store and be greeted the way I am at the Taylor Mill location. Adam is so kind and friendly. He is fun to talk with and isa great role model for the other employees. Keep up the fantastic work!!

Great neighborhood Graeter's in the Trifecta coated in Taylor Mill. The store is nicely decorated with lots of Cincinnati decor. We were greeted when we entered and helped with our order. The service was great. The ice cream is always soo good. There is plenty of parking and options to sit indoors or outside.

The most overpriced and overrated ice cream shoppe in the greater Cincinnati area. I can go to UDF and get great twice as much great ice cream for half the price. Graeter's has started using smaller scoops. My $6 one scoop fit down inside my waffle cone of which I had to eat just to get to the ice cream. The scoops are so small that they're going to have to change their logo to just the cone only. Hey Cincy stop the madness and use all that money for your children's college fund

Stopped in last night for ice cream, one of the two staff members was unbelievably rude! Every time we ordered something Kenna specifically would roll her eyes and sigh… we only ordered cones so our order wasn’t a hassle. Terrible customer service. Won’t be back.
