Great customer service! My daughter had a pretty bad wipe out in the rain today before coming into the Taylor mill store today. She had a petty nasty scrapes on her knees and elbow. She was in tears and one of sweet workers came over with some cute animal bandaids and a few stickers for all the kids. She was so sweet to my daughter, she was instantly in a better mood after that and it took her mind off her scraped up knees and elbows. I hope she gets recognized for being so kind...

This was our second experience at this location and it was great. We were welcomed as we came through the doors which made us feel appreciated (not everywhere does this). We found ourselves pondering the flavor selections and the girls working were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the flavors. We were given samples and all of our questions were answered with a smile. We each got an ice cream cone with two scoops. As always the ice cream was exceptional, the amazing quality...

The new Lemon Meringue Pie ice cream is the best flavor ever!! I hope it stays.It is so nice to go into a store and be greeted the way I am at the Taylor Mill location. Adam is so kind and friendly. He is fun to talk with and isa great role model for the other employees. Keep up the fantastic work!!
