This local restaurant is a gem and they are cooking up some delicious from scratch food, I highly recommend making the trip up to Trenton to try it. The burger was amazing, and chips were super crispy, and the salad was fresh and filling. Homemade dressings too (get a side of ranch it’s great). Our friend had the Philly cheesesteak and said “omg it was incredible”. Also the coffee is so good, way tastier and less expensive than Starbucks. The dirty chai is one of my favorites. This is a family owned establishment making unique and delicious food that you should definitely visit.

Traveler's Lantern is an absolute wow! What a spectacular gem for Todd County. We dined in on Friday and were completely blown away by the food and the hospitality.

​I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken Protein Bowl, and it was incredible—the perfect amount of heat without being overwhelming, and it came on a bed of cauliflower rice that pleasantly surprised me with how flavorful it was. My wife is notoriously particular about her spaghetti, but she absolutely loved her meal and even admitted it was better than her own!

​The owner, Jason, took care of us personally. He is both a wonderful host and a phenomenal cook. It is completely obvious why Traveler's consistently attracts a crowd of both loyal locals and visitors from all throughout the region. Exceptional food, stellar service—we will definitely be back!

MY family and I stopped in today around 2 o'clock. We all ordered burgers, fries, pasta and chess pie. This was the best burgers I have eaten in my entire life. Im 53 btw. Restaurant was very clean. We will definitely be going back to try some of their other food. Thank you for your great hospitality and delicious food.

We just got burgers and pie from there, and it was some of the best I've ever had in my 33 years. The food sent me into oblivion it was sooooo good. The girl cooking puts her heart in soul into the food and you can taste it. ❤️

We chose Traveler's Lantern for our gender reveal and it was the perfect location for our event. We’ve also used their catering multiple times, and the food has always been excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and during the event itself, making everything run smoothly. Highly recommend for both special events and catering!

Everything was amazing!! We held a wedding rehearsal dinner here. Since I lived out of town everything was discussed via email and phone. I couldn’t have asking for more informative, helpful and kind interactions with the owner and his staff. Reservation and follow ups were easy.
When we arrived everything was ready and beautifully arranged. The food was absolutely delicious. The young lady who worked the event was wonderful and very friendly.
I wished I lived closer so I could eat there regularly. Would give it 100 stars if possible.

Travelers’s Lantern is Cute little café. The food and the coffee was delicious and they have a huge lotus bar selection. The owners and staff are always very kind, sweet And accommodating.

They catered food and an entire lotus bar for my Dungeons & Dragons themed wedding They did an amazing job. Response times and planning was quick and easy

I also love coming in here and telling them to make me a surprise lotus.

Went here as our location for a Christmas party. The staff were very friendly and the pastas were amazing. Also loved the Christmas village train station display in the window. The place is very spacious.

***BEWARE IF TRYING TO PLAN EVENT***
I have made numerous calls and texts to plan a APSU Christmas event with Jason. This began in later September. It took 2 weeks to confirm a date. Jason was supposed to follow up with menu suggestions. I even submitted a complete Holiday brunch menu for him to price out. He has ghosted me ever since October 27th.
VERY DISAPPOINTED. If he could not handle the event, the least he could have do as a professional business person was to return a phone call, text or email.

Travelers Lantern WAS a cute destination with good food. Just be careful if you think you MIGHT want to host an event with them.
