This Chipotle is so unprofessional! I ordered through the app and selected the option to pick up through drive-thru. When we got to the window the young lady in the window greeted us with “What’s up” which instantly had me a little taken aback. She gives us our order and because we live 15 minutes away I always check our food. I ordered 2 bowls and 1 burrito all with extra chicken but both bowls had super small rice portions and neither bowl had extra chicken. I went inside...read full review
When the inside of the store is closed, the line for the drive-thru wraps around the building, causing a 25-30 min wait for food. I’m not sure why you’re unable to open the inside for customers to pick up their online order and leave instead of causing a wait and poor quality of food.
