Wallace Station Deli and Bakery is a charming restaurant nestled in the heart of Kentucky's horse and bourbon country. Offering a delightful dining experience, the restaurant boasts both indoor and outdoor seating, allowing customers to enjoy the picturesque surroundings. The menu features a variety of tempting options, including the popular Monday night fried chicken special and the exceptional ham, brie, and apple sandwich. Customers also praised the flavorful chicken mushroom soup. The "brown burger" was exceptionally cooked and comes standard with ham and bacon in it. The Cobb salad with their own smoked tomato ranch dressing is great! Fried pickles were massage and hand battered individually. The inside out hot brown sandwich and several baked desserts were enjoyed. Employees were efficient and friendly. No matter what you order, you will get a generous portion. Everything is tasty and well prepared. Plenty of seating outside if it's pleasant weather. If weather is poor, seating is very limited inside. There is a large gravel lot on the side and rear for parking. They have grilled cheese, tuna fish, soup and salad, and plenty of cookies, making it kid-friendly. Great atmosphere, exceptional food, beautiful location.
