Ordered a #1 meal with an unsweetened tea and a cookie in the drive -thru 11/15/22 at 1:45:17PM. I drove out of the parking lot, checked my order, and turned around. They had forgotten the curly fries. That was not a big deal. Drove away again, only to discover that I was given SWEET tea, but it was too late to turn around again. .500 is an excellent batting average in baseball, but a TERRIBLE average in food service. Disappointing.
Horrible experience! They don’t pay attention to you when you order. I asked for the deals on the regular roast beef, they told me they were 2 for $6. So I asked for 4 for $12, repeat that to them and ask for a fry and a Coke. I get to the window and pay, they didn’t bring up my Coke. Charge me more for the regular roast beef then they told me they were going to at the speaker.
They wouldn’t make it right. They said I said something totally different at the speaker...read full review
