Took an hour to get food right.. workers and managers have no care.. was given the wrong food. Showed my receipt. Then was given the wrong food not once but twice. Manger and staff would just shrug there shoulders and say I dont know. A ham burger is not chicken nuggets? How hard is it?

They are popular with the breakfast crowd, 4 or more employees came in during a rush. Wait time was more than expected but orders were correct, no errors dining in. They still took food to tables and didnt cut on full service even though it was super stupid busy!

I went through the drive-thru at 10:07pm on Friday, November 14th and the drive-thru was closed. The employees were sitting on the sidewalk. They told me that they now close at 10pm for Winter hours. The website doesn't reflect this. I typically get very good service here and as I work 3rd shift, it's a reguular stop for me. Very disappointed with this discrepancy.

I have been noticing lately at this McDonald’s. If you up size your order they give you a large drink and med fry so I guess they are keeping the large container for the monopoly sticker .. very sus .. also called stealing.
