This location is terrible. I've been there multiple times and it's always bad service and food. Go to any other one in the area.

Tonight’s visit was extremely disappointing. After being completely ignored for the first 15 minutes, we then waited over 25 minutes and still had no drinks and missing silverware. It probably took 45 minutes total to get everything. Meanwhile multiple tables seated after us were FULLY served.
Our server, Kayla, offered little to no acknowledgment, which only added to my frustration. We were very patient and understanding, but the lack of basic service made the experience unacceptable. If it weren’t for another server, Angel, we wouldn’t have gotten our drinks, silverware or food.
I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this visit absolutely warranted one.

Went here on Christmas Eve with my family, the food wasn’t bad but the manager on shift was quite literally the rudest person I’ve ever met. Not only to customers and their inquiries but especially to her own employees. She CONTINUOUSLY put her server (who was on her first day) down as well as the rest of her staff. It got so bad to the point we confronted her and she responded with “sorry I’m a manager doing my job.” What a shame, an absolute parasite to what is normally a good company.

Wasnt very busy, which is crazy. Food is great, service is kind, friendly and fast. Priced very good for what you get. The Cinnamon Crunch waffle is so good.

Came to this location after visiting the 3rd street Covington location after leaving there bc of POOR service! All of the employees at this location were fantastic! Everyone greeted me either verbally or with a Visual gesture. Even the employee who was eating her meal on her lunch break. I’ve been a server for 10 years and can easily spot poor or excellent service. Perhaps these fine employees of this location should host a training seminar for the 3rd street location and teach them atleast the basics of customer service! Thank you to the team here for the superb service! Now I’m off to enjoy this meal while finding a nice spot to park and drive back to home (Illinois)
