We live down the road and will order Waffle house some Saturday mornings, when we are late getting off work or need something quick! Love how you can order online now and just pick it up! The crew is always bubbly, polite and fun to talk too!

I do not like giving negative comments for no cause; I only give comments on my experiences at any given place. With that out of the way. All day on the road, seeing the familiar yellow sign brought hope for a late-night meal. Entering the restaurant, all the tables were occupied, and so was the counter area. We waited just a few minutes before a table opened up, but the carefree waitress didn't even attempt to clean the table. Our party waited patiently for 5 or 6 minutes, and the waitress still never attempted to clean the open table. By this time, the line waiting to be seated had grown to 2 or 3 parties behind us. So, a couple of people from our group cleaned the open table and seated ourselves. The dirty dishes and silverware that were removed from our table were placed on the counter area where there were stacked dirty dishes from previous customers sitting at the counter. We were finally waited on, and the key word is 'waited.' We were a party of 4; the drinks were correct, but only 2 of the food orders were correct. The other 2 were missing items. I will only be discussing my meal and not the others. I ordered the Texas Bacon Cheesesteak Melt and hash browns smothered, covered, chunked, diced, peppered, capped, and topped. When my food arrived at the table, the sandwich looked correct, but the hash browns were plain. Before we could mention anything, the waitress was gone, and we didn't see her again until we were paying out the tab to leave. Now, back to my food. The sandwich I ordered was correct, but I honestly believe it was made with beef jerky, because a lot of the sandwich was crunchy and didn't resemble any Cheesesteak melts I have had before. The bright side of the night came through when other customers sitting across the restaurant jumped into action and cleared a table, placing the dirty dishes next to the ever-growing pile of dirty dishes from our table and the customers' dirty dishes that were left on the counter from earlier customers. The restaurant did not appear to be understaffed; there were 3 waitresses and one person cooking. I'm not sure if the poor service came from a long, hard evening, untrained new staff, or undertrained staff, but this Waffle House, on this visit, earned a lot of the typical stereotypes that people make fun of about Waffle House.

I ordered my usual Texas Bacon Cheesesteak Melt Plate to be prepared same as always. I requested my hash browns to be cooked until dark brown, smothered (onions), & peppered (jalapeno peppers). What I got was burnt sandwich bread, & cheese on my hash browns instead of jalapenos. I ate my food & said everything was fine because I'm not going to waste food like that. It wasn't bad tasting it was just made wrong. Everything else was on point.

Wilder,Ky .Dirty,stuff floating in drinks.Dead flies on window sills,floors disgusting.Walked out,$7.50 for 3 teas we didn't even drink.This place is gross!
Coffee didn't taste like usual, had to ask for refill which is rare at WH, grits were cold, and random comment here but I couldn't help but notice how filthy the ceiling is. I'm a long time WH fan and will continue going here but they need some improvement

This place is a joke! We are from Michigan. We came here for a concert. We sat down for nearly 20 min and not a soul even looked our way. We felt deliberately ignored. So we decided to order on our phones and go in and pick it up. Says that it’ll be ready at 12:17. It’s now 12:32 and nobody seems to know where our food is! So what do we do? We wait. We already paid for it. I will NEVER eat at another Waffle House again! This was ridiculous!

I was just here and treated less then human. I waited 20 minutes for a drink. While the manager with a backwards hat strutted around dropped dishes and blamed everyone. Waited another 30 minutes while other people were served who came in after me. I was sitting at the bar*. The way the manager on duty treated the staff and customers and acted like he didnt care who got served or not is just disrespectful. I hardly every right reviews and I love waffle house. But don't go to this one. Go to another waffle house if you want to enjoy it.
