“Great little local drive-in, eat-in. Maybe the best burgers in town. If not the best in the top 2 or three. Good old fashioned diner menu. Mostly fried foods but some sandwiches and salads as options also. Can't go wrong with G and E for a good meal at a reasonable price.“
“So we weren't sure what to expect, because this little place isn't trying to be fancy... however: the food is fresh. The catfish, just like everyone says, is *absolutely perfect*. Meatloaf was very good. The two hot bars plus a chilled salad dessert bar are definitely a decent value for your $7.99 weeknight dinner. (Drinks 99cents extra, -my father loved the good, hot coffee). The service was also super friendly and terrific- even though they'd never seen us before. If you're in a mood for hot home cooked food, come as you are & eat off disposable plates and utensils, you'll love this place. We're coming back and going to order off the menu next time.“

“I love eating here because of the cumberland river right next to the restaurant. Inside and outside in the patio offer views of the river. Gorgeous views while eating, and their food is big portions. Their hotdogs taste like Nathan's hotdogs in a toaster bun.“
