I came through on the way to the beach and they did a great job. The little, short girl at the register at the front was so nice! She was so helpful and polite. I wish more people at restaurants were like her. They did a great job. Thank you again!
I walked in and ordered, it took them 20 minutes to get my order, but I didn't mind waiting. What I did mind was how terribly rude the manager was treating the workers. he was practically yelling at them and slamming things. I heard him tell a young man that he was "going to break him" even if he had to drag him out back. That's not how workers deserve to be treated no matter what. I asked for a refund and left. Worst drive thru service ever experienced at the KFC in Williamsburg Ky. The man that was working drive thru and asked our order was the rudest person. You could tell already had attitude by way was speaking. So when told him our order the total seemed cheap so I asked if that was for meal minus the drinks and you would have thought I was asking for a million bucks.
