“Excellent pizza at Winchester Ky location. We ordered the royal feast and I asked that the crust be cooked well, so they put the order in for well done and it was perfection! In the past the center of the crust wasn’t done how we like it, so I asked for them to be sure the crust was well cooked and they did! Very pleased (I called the location and let them know).“

“This was the best pizza my fiancé and I have ever had. I’ve never been to this location before, I live over 2 hours away, and was just passing through on our way home after visiting the national park. It’s literally the best pizza we have ever had, when I’m in the area again we are for sure stopping by to eat ❤️?“

“Pizza tasted fine, was made a little sloppy and must've gotten a big bubble while in the oven. You could definitely see where the bubble had been. Which made the looks of pizza not so visibly appeasing. Also had to wait for the pizza to get done for about 45mins for a pickup. I live 20mins from store and still had to wait another 25-30mins at the store.“

“I don’t know how long my pizza sat outside for, since the delivery driver didn’t ring the door bell like I had asked. The pizza was warm at best. That being said, I will still order since they have the best pizza in town.“

“Wasn't the best experience, wasn't dreadful either. I used the drive thru, placed a specific order, pulled to the window, got my order then parked in their lot to eat only to find my order was incorrect. Went back to the window to get it fixed , but wouldn't you know it, they didn't have what I waited. It would have been nice to have been told when I placed the order, that they didn't have what I wanted instead of being given something I didn't want. Granted it was an hour from closing, and choices are limited. It still would've been nice to have been informed of the limited menu items. It's a chicken place known for their original recipe, and that's the one thing they didn't have. I used to blame stuff like this on my bad luck, not this time. I guess start asking before you order.“
