Delicious, fresh, and wonderful customer service. They will fix any pizza you want if you ask for it. Very clean and priced reasonably.
I will not be back. Every time my family calls in an order it’s never correct, this has happened on a few occasions most of the time it’s minor so we let it go. Tonight, I called in an order and when I got there to pick it up, I was short a small pizza, I wasn’t charged for it so I let that go, they simply just didn’t enter it with the rest of my order. Does anyone else feel as though since opening the doors they have changed the true Giovanni’s pizza. The first few months the pizza was really good and Being from Eastern KY I grew up on this pizza and still go back to Ashland where the pizza is so much better than it is here now.
