I picked up a Kroger pickup order today (09/30/21) in Winchester at around 4pm and the woman working was so kind and helpful! I didn’t catch her name but she had beautiful curly brown hair. I really appreciated her patience and kindness today.
Kroger also has amazing deals. I like buying their 6 pack of Ale 8 in plastic bottles because they're usually on sale 4/$11. The staff are friendly and attentive. The checkout was quick today.

Excellent grocery store that is well stocked and clean. I generally find everything I want although I often use their Clicklist and find that many products are "in store only" which is a little frustrating. Overall, though no complaints, the staff is very helpful, the quality of fresh items is very good. my only suggestion/wish is that they would carry more "ethnic products" by expanding their Hispanic, Asian, etc. sections with with actual high-quality products from these regions
