We started with the guacamole and chips. The chips were hot and the guacamole was perfectly seasoned. When ordering guacamole out we usually have to add lime or salt but not here, it's perfecto! My wife had the El Pastor nachos and they were huge and very tasty with bits of pineapple. I had the fajita burrito with El Pastor and it was so full of flavor, wow! We had a late-night party of 8 from out of town, and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the Mango Sunrise margaritas were perfect! The restaurant itself was very clean and inviting. Our guests have already said they can't wait to go back on their next trip to KY.

Now serving brunch! ? ? We've loved their truck for years and it's so nice they can expand their menu in the brick and mortar. Got an omelette and picadita roja (awesome), chile torados, chori breakfast burrito, and Ferrero Rocher pancakes. This place just keeps getting better.
