“Just got to visit Kentucky for the first time, this was the first place I went to. Astonishingly friendly staff, very cozy kind of at-home feel to it. The food is seasoned really well and the quality of the food far outshines the price they ask for. My only regret is not having time to go back for another meal before I had to go :(“

“This is my second time here. The first time I just got a biscuit and gravy and it was so good I came back today and got The Main Street Skillet. Chris, the owner, checked on me a couple times as well. I highly recommend this place for great food and atmosphere as well as amazing service.“

“Always a great spot for some southern food. Local for us but I recommend it to anyone passing through the area. A lot of history at the restaurant. We always visit while camping nearby at the Boonesborough state park campground. This time, we enjoyed a Sunday brunch and it was great. Service was good but they got busy really quick so the wait staff got stretched thin. If the weather is nice, sit outside to get the most of the atmosphere!“
