They were flexible and accommodating regarding set up as our event was held at a private home. I will absolutely be reaching out to them next time I have an event in the area!“

“Just a reminder that Frosty Factory is still here and still a great spot!I uploaded videos to show how great my drink was made. The service of the young girls there was great! We went for a friend’s birthday and even though limited, they made sure they accommodated us so that we were pleased.They even allowed us use of the aux cord for the speaker!Don’t forget about this spot y’all! The daqs and mixed drinks are on point!Ladies and gents, still be reminded to be cautious and watch your surroundings in the area, inside and with parking, but should have no issues that hinder your fun!“

“Food was great, a little bit different than the other restaurants around town (and different from how they used to serve their food) for example the yellow chunky cheese on the quesadilla instead of the queso. It was still good. Service was super fast except for receiving the check but the server was nice. The only thing that completely threw me and my fiance off is seeing the bartender literally brush his teeth at the bar in front of everyone while yelling at the football game…“

“I recently visited this place for the first time on Friday night I was greeted by a hostess who's seemingly appeared to be here for a long time I'm not sure but I was greeted in the most professional way and seated in the area they gave me prompt delivery as the place was very crowded which is a good sign thank you to The Host I believe her name was Dina don't know where she came from but I suggest you guys keep her she gave me a wonderful experience from the door coming in to the door coming out thank you Ms Dina I hope you had a good night“

Wheelchair accessibility: I think they had a wheelchair ramp or the restaurant was wheelchair accessible.“

“The manager made a recommendation for a Seafood Boil (house special) which was delicious. A little messy for a Brit, but well worth it.

Management was fantastic. Christy/Chrissy(?) lead a great team. Everyone seemed to know what to do without being told. It operated like a well oiled machine.

After locking our keys in the car, Christy and China (bartender) welcomed us back inside and were extremely hospitable. Christy even called several locksmiths on a Sunday evening (while closing up the restaurant). Then, after no luck getting a locksmith, Christy drove us back to our hotel.“

“My husband and I along with our two grandchildren ate at Chilis this past weekend after our baseball tournament. Our waitress was Monica she was absolutely amazing. Bless her heart it appeared she was the only waitress there but she made sure all of her tables were very well taken care of, along with sitting people coming in, and getting food and drinks out in a very timely manner. Her great attitude and and passion for her job will be our reason to come back. Shout out to Ms. Monica thanks again for making this our best experience ever!!!“
