Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! The “manager named Hotsy” 🤦🏻♀️ has absolutely NO business in this line of work period much less being a manager! She is completely and TOTALY RUDE acting like we were bothering her by trying to place an order and also refusing to give us a a little tiny cup of mayo bc they were(supposedly) out of mayp packs, saying she wasn’t allowed to,! We have gotten that there MANY times over the years! She was just so rude talking down to me and infront of other customers! I wish I knew who the owner of this establishment was now, I’d sure call them to let them know what kind of person is running they’re business!

1 redeemed a coupon for 1 free whooper plus I bought one and a large Dr Pepper. I never received my free whooper. When I called the location where the item came from they said I had to go through door dash to get a refund. Too much BS just for a whooper. They just lost a customer. Shame on you Burger

Driving by on the highway when I see the large LED sign that says "Open Late". I think great! It's 830pm and options are limited. Pull up to the drive thru and I'm greeted with sorry online orders only. Online only orders for a fast food joint? Then what's the point of a sign on the highway advertising being open late. Disappointed. The good in this story is that Schlotzsky's just down the road was opened and delicious!!!

I gave this place many tries since I live so close to it. I love the Bacon King; it's my fav. There always seems to be something wrong every time I go, though, but this last time took the cake. My s/o came to town, and I requested my bacon king sandwich for lunch. He kindly placed a mobile order for us to pick up. When we pulled up to the speaker, we waited and waited, and nobody ever came on the speaker. So, we pulled around to the window to see 1 single worker standing over the counter. It wasn't until we waited a few more minutes that I jokingly hollered to see if they were even alive, at which point they came over to tell us that he couldn't make out order. Long story short, management left a cook there by himself, and he was unable to assist any customers until someone returned an hour later (who knows how long he was already there alone). A few other customers came to order at that time as well and walked out, looking equally frustrated. We then ordered AGAIN from another bk in town (MacArthur dr) and they said they didn't even get the order at first. Then, when they finally prepared it, it was wrong. I dont think it's asking too much to get what you paid for, but this town seems to have issues when it comes to intelligence and management. Do better.
Definitely needs a change of Mangement immediately..because the free attitude from Mangement down to the crew isn't acceptable...no stars...park me because I ask for fresh fires ok but why get an attitude when you say I rule..fries was hot..burgers was mad by a mad employee everything was sloppy and very nasty looking. ...waste of time, money, and gas didn't bother calling back just decided not to give Burger King anymore business...no location

You might want to check your burgers for pieces of ketchup packet in the patty. They also don't offer refunds for anything online so be careful before you hit confirm.
