Went through the drive-thru Thursday at 10:15 I was told they were closed but on the app and Google maps it says they're open till midnight I guess they didn't want to make no money so so sad

Made a order at the drive thru so the manager up charge my order without asking excuse me sir I believe it's your job to ask if I want a up charge not to charge me then when I ask u to change it you get an attitude like you paying for my food if you not spending your coins ask if I want to spend extra dont be assuming if it's not your money then had the nerve to CALL ME RUDE RUDE cause I asked for med and I didn't want to lg you took upon yourself to ring me up for now that was RUDE AND ON TOP OF THAT HES THE MANAGER Burger King. That's not leadership NEED NEW MANAGEMENT IF YOU WANT TO STAY OPEN WITH HIS ATTITUDE DONT SEE THAT WORKING SINGED A LOST COUSTMER I WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN

I usually don't post but TODAY..... These workers earned it!! We stopped going to Burger King because was awful... But, as of a few months ago, the new and improved staff is GREAT! I didn't get names but the black manager, the pregnant lady and everyone else was kind, attentive and the place was very clean. The food was fresh and hot.. Our order was difficult but they handled it professionally.. The whole staff deserve raises and I give them the upmost respect 🙏🏾 We will be back, thanks to this crew.

Makayla and Krystal were amazing and very professional. Do they need to get promoted and they have great teamwork without them I don't think this store would be able to run. Great job to the chefs Malcolm and Tay as well!!!
So happy about the new management. They are great! Peter and Cody are very warm welcoming people! The vibes that they project are contagious too. And even though they're a little short-staffed they're still managing to get your food out on time and it be fresh! And if you do have to wait a little it'll be worth the wait
