27 minutes in the drive thru…for two burgers.. ordered jr. whopper no onions .. bacon cheeseburger.. got home jr. whopper full of onions.. bacon cheesebuger no cheese and no bacon … come on y’all need to do better than this 🤬

Best Burgerking in Alexandria and Pineville. I've visited all the Bk's in alexandria, and pineville, La in the last couple of weeks. This one was THE only one to have nice and friendly people, great service, and even had the maintenence guy helped and brought me my food and didn't have to. Wish they would keep the Cinni-mini's all year. 😏

Stop here often on way to Toledo Bend. Manager is amazing. The staff love him and they all work together so well to get the food out hot and fast. He even brings the food to us. Keep up the great work!!

I am patient and understanding as I spent many a year in fast food. My first job way back when, was at BK. That was when they actually had service. Without service there is no food.
RUN AWAY !! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! We stopped in here for a quick bite to eat. First thing to notice was there was NO MENU !! Nothing. Nada. I may know basically what I want, but I still like to browse other items and see PRICES ! None of that was available.
Second - NO EMPLOYEES TO BE SEEN ! After a coupla minutes, I walked to the other end of the counter and saw someone in the back. He hollered there was somebody up front. Somebody answered back, didn't hear what they said. We waited a coupla more minutes, then left and went to McDonalds across the street.
As we were leaving, we noticed a car was still pulled over in the DT, waiting for their food.
We go to McDonalds. They have a menu AND employees ! I sat by the window and watched the car in the BK drive thru. They FINALLY went inside. Still took them another 10 minutes to come out with their food! They left just as we were finishing up. We were at that exit about 25 minutes. So they waited AT LEAST 20 minutes. No telling how long they've been sitting there before we saw them.
This was an absolute disaster. Employees don't really care as long as they get paid. Why work harder if you get an hourly wage and get paid for only doing the barest of bare minimum. I do not see how this place can stay open much longer...
It's sad to see BK declining. Even the one on my hometown is painful to go to - so I don't.
