Delicious AUTHENTIC Mexican food! Oh my goodness!! We like to try New Mexican food restaurants when we go camping and we will DEFINITELY be back to Caro’s. Friendly staff, amazing food and such an authentic atmosphere. We enjoyed it tremendously!!

We go here all the time and every time we go it is so delicious!! We have over 20 Mexican restaurants in Cenla and this is by far the best one!! This is authentic Mexican food, the rest of the places around here are more Tex-Mex! Everything you order at Caro’s is bursting with flavor. The service is quick and the workers are extremely nice. Caro’s will always be my first pick!!

Our server was very polite, great to talk to and the food was amazing. This is coming from someone who doesn’t really eat Mexican food too often. Chicken and shrimp are seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly. I had the fajita and my wife had a steak burrito.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots especially when it’s nice outside. They have great salsa and guacamole. Everything I’ve had has always been delicious, but my go to is their pork tacos! Their pork is very flavorful and they have a nice crisp char to it that I love. And of course, service is always excellent!
