Chick-fil-A in Alexandria

“Fantastic experience. Placed a pickup order at 6:58pm unknowingly the store closed at 7. When I realized, I called to see if it would be cancelled. Dustin answered and said don’t worry about it, we’ll make it fresh for you. Not only was my order brought out hot and quick to my car after the restaurant was technically closed, he even threw in an extra 8 count nugget! Right on brand for CFA. Service like this is a a breath of fresh air - especially for the CENLA area. Thanks Dustin!“

“I have always enjoyed eating Chic fil A, however, when visiting this location, there is one thing I didn't like, AT ALL! I placed a mobile order thinking I would be able to go and grab quickly. We waited 45 minutes in line! Then when I got my order, I checked it and discovered they forgot my fries. They gave me the fries with no problem, but it was apparent that this location was not ready for the volume of customers that showed up that day. This is the only reason I could not give five out of five stars on service. They should go back to the drawing board and rethink how to deal with large volumes of customers for all sections (indoor, drive-thru, and mobile orders). When and if they figure that out and I am in town, I will visit again.“
