We were at this location April 5th. We ordered breakfast. When I ask for milk, the waitress informed me that they was out of milk. I ordered pan sausage, they were tasteless. She picked them up and brought burnt bacon. I ordered scrambled eggs, they was out of box, no flavor. The toast was dried out, off of a loaf of some kind of wheat bread. The food was inedable. My husband's was some butter, not a lot. We paid $37. for a meal that was all bu inedable.

Desperately wanted a salad and this seemed like the only option in the area. The fried chicken salad was very good.Delayed seating due to a large group in front of me. Otherwise the service was great.Not a big fan of that style of decor and having to walk through a door to get to the restaurant. I get why many people do like it.

I love going to Cracker Barrel when I’m in the area. It’s one of my favorite places to eat. I always enjoy their delicious meals, and the wait staff is always so accommodating. I will always recommend this restaurant to any and all who ask!Vegetarian options: There is a very wide selection of vegetables and side dishes available for vegetarians to choose from, as well as a breakfast menu consisting of vegetarian dishes!Parking: There is plenty parking available, although they could use more handicap spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is great as far as the sidewalk and entrance, but not so much inside the store. I love shopping in their store, but it is very crowded with merchandise, as well as other shoppers. Once you get into the restaurant, there is plenty of room, and it is very wheelchair friendly, but it can be a challenge trying to maneuver around the store. There should be a separate entrance into the restaurant, specifically for wheelchairs, it would be so much more convenient for everyone!
I feel secure eating and shopping at Crackle Barrel . I travel and know when I stop at one, food, etc. is consistent. Have purchased many gifts, clothing, Nic Nacks, etc. through the years. Unique items and good sale prices. Highly recommend.

Teresa provided exceptional customer service during our visit. Her recommendation of the pot roast was spot on - it was absolutely delicious. Not only did she bring extra napkins without us having to ask, but she also made sure our drinks were always topped up, showing great attention to detail. Teresa's prompt service and constant checking in on us truly enhanced our dining experience. It's safe to say this was the best service we've ever received thanks to Teresa's outstanding job!
