Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Custard very good, onion rings excellent, burger just an ordinary fast food burger sorry to say. I guess I was thinking it would be something better when they call it a steakburger. Really just the same old thing.

Saw this place in the door dash app while test driving the app out. As hot as it's been, I certainly didn't feel like getting out so I ordered in for lunch recently. I really dislike the marketing sizes of some menus items as they make the actual product appear bigger than it truly is; similar to your side mirrors outside your vehicle :( ...I took a chance on a double burger, just the sandwich and found it to be very tasty. But, when even fast food is way more expensive than 1 hour someone earns on min. wage in LA, it's not the type of restaurant I want to repeatedly visit. People better get their values straight during these tough times and force merchants to lower their prices to a reasonable level.

Great food and custards, but the slowest place in existence. I can not put into words how incredibly long it takes to get ur food. Will not be going back.

Never ate here before until last week, hamburgers and cheeseburgers are awesome. The fries are terrible. I got them plain, and with chili and cheese, also got a root beer float it was amazing!!

First off, the custard is delicious! It's creamy and rich. That's about it at this location. The burgers are bland and tend to be dry. A lot of the staff is unfriendly and often don't understand what you're trying to communicate to them. We only order in the app, now, and we only get custard.

First time I've ever went inside to eat, so its July in Louisiana and the humidity is kickin...we all got out to go in and when I stepped inside the temp went from real feel of 110 to like 45 degrees i swear i saw a penguin riding on a polarbears back....I mean its the coldest business that I have ever stepped foot in...and im using COLDEST not just because of the atmosphere but the food as well....hands down the best burgers I've ever had...!
Now when I say that...I gotta let ya know that I cook....and im from Louisiana...so I know good food....and let me tell ya...@FreddysFrozenCustardand Steak Burgers has their shit on point! Don't cheat yaself....! Treat yaself.....

I dined in here with my family yesterday , and it was almost 30 minutes before we got our food , and when we asked the manager what was taking so long , she was very rude ! I will not be coming back

Primerib burger and Brisket burger are pretty good! And custard!

Awesome bugars, tots and fries. Bread is always fresh and soft, as well as the condiments are always fresh.

I'm a regular at Freddie's. I love the custard there. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. But, no one makes my custard like Ms. Hope. Do I come here to much since I know them and they know me. Lol. Love me some Freddie's.

Great place to eat, burgers are like homemade

Excellent customer service lobby fully stocked. I was there for lunch everything was hot and fresh like it was made to order brisket burger was my favorite with cheese curds on top of dessert had a turtle concrete . Mrs Hope made sure we got everything we needed even refilled our drinks for us we will definitely be back

Excellent service went during lunch rush and they did their very best to make sure we got quick fast service this will definitely go on my list of lunch places
