Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Went here tonight. The food was good and the service was amazing. The lady working the window was a great multi-tasker, took care of us while she was taking orders over the headset, got us our order with accuracy. I was very impressed with the service and the taste of the food. What a treat!

Food was amazing. Staff is great. Love the fries. Burgers to perfection. My wife loves the custard. Prices are what you expect in this day and time, but reasonable, because the quality.

Received two milkshakes. the chocolate milkshake was a medium when I ordered a large and it wasn’t even full, the strawberry one tasted like the graham cracker pieces in the shake were stale and old, and neither one of them had any whipped cream or cherry on top. I thought this place was known for their ice creams and milkshakes. The wait was also long when there was nobody else in line. Unimpressed and disappointed. Will not come back to this location

I’m a vegetarian all I get are the cheese curds!!

My wife and I ate there last night, April 15. One of the best experiences we have enjoyed at a fast food restaurant in a long time. Food quality was good, but the service and staff were exceptional.

So it took 25 minutes to cook 2 burgers with 3 customers inside ended seeing a guy come in with 2 bags from the drive through they waited 2-3 minutes handed me the same bags i could tell the food was old it was cold and soggy went inside confronted the lady she said sorry and remade it within 2 minutes NEVER again food inspector getting a call Monday

I visited Freddy’s on March 17 around 10:40 AM. When I arrived, there were about four guests already being served, so it wasn’t very busy. Despite that, there seemed to be some confusion among the staff, which caused a delay in taking my order.

When I received my food, the burger was disappointing. The bottom bun was very soggy, which affected the overall quality and made it less enjoyable to eat.

Overall, the experience could have been much better, especially considering how slow it was at the time. I hope the team can improve communication and food quality moving forward.
