Ordered food explained to waitress that we are on carnivore diet we cannot have any of the sides just the meat.everything was fine about 5 minutes later she comes back says her manager is making her put in a side for our hibachi meals. We explain she can just put in whatever she needs to but we don’t want the food she said she had to bring it out we stressed her about it being on separate plates. I used to love Hana. Before they closed and reopened, the food was amazing. But now it's over salted, everything just tastes like soy sauce. Its pricey for bad food. Won't be returning.
We love Hana. Usually. However tonight was a completely off putting experience. Our food was dry, no flavor and extremely salty. We told the manager, he said “every chef is different” and offered to get more sauce for us to put on it ourselves, like that would help the extreme saltiness. After we left, hungry.
