KFC, a well-known fast-food chain, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some found the chicken and fries to be less than satisfactory, with the chicken not being hot enough and the inability to exchange a thigh for a wing without an additional charge, the cashier was praised for their great service. However, another customer was disappointed to find that the chicken was cooked darker and harder than the original recipe, though it was still quite tasty. Additionally, this customer was upset that the KFC location no longer offered a military discount, which they felt was a disservice to the local military personnel and veterans. On a more positive note, one customer expressed appreciation for the large improvement in both the quality and service at KFC, though another customer strongly advised against visiting the restaurant until they could improve their food and service, citing undercooked chicken, gummy coating, and long wait times.
