Definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant by far. The food is amazing, prices are unbeatable for the amount of food you get and the service is absolutely wonderful and my wife and I go every weekend. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves Mexican food

I have been there plenty of times by myself as a single diner. But today's service was horrible; they served everyone around me and ignored me the entire time. I had to ask for a menu, chips, salsa, and my drink. While I watched them serve everyone around me who came in and were seated after me. Just so we are clear, my money spends the same, so all customers should be treated the same. I expected a longer wait time because it was May 5th, but I seemed to be the only one who had to wait or ask to be served. Please do better, and train your staff to see all customers.

Went for Mom's birthday lunch. Server kept forgetting things, like drinks, had extra food, asked for forks got spoons instead. Wasn't many people there which was surprising to me. It was ok.

Im still trying to figure out how people dont like this restaurant. Since it's opening, it has been a great place to go for a quick mexican meal. The chips and dip always good, the queso always great, and every meal I've tried there, I have never been disappointed. Great for a date night or big friends and family meals.

My goodness! This place was SLAMMIN'! I had the Quesadilla Special Grande (fiesta version) and it completely changed my life. I never really cared for quesadillas before, mainly because they were cheap with the meat and heavy on the cheese. Not Los Portales. No sir, they were HEAVY on the meat and veggies. They were perfectly seasoned, and generously overflowing from the tortilla. I've never had a better bite of Mexican food in my life. As a traveler from NYC, I implore anyone to try Los Portales, because this place is a hidden gem if I've ever seen one!

Use to be my favorite place to eat but they have fallen off. I use to always get the nachos but they cut back the cheese where its hardly no cheese 😒 nachos with no cheese.. Then they have gone up on the price so I no longer go anymore. I shouldn't have to pay for extra cheese when its nachos and should come with a reasonable amount. I probably use to eat there probably twice a week. I wonder if Pineville location did the same thing, I may try their location just to see..
