McDonald's in Alexandria

“This McDonald's is 2 hours from our house but we had cause to be there . We volunteered at the Jennings VA today. I ordered breakfast food for 4. This was the freshest and hottest fast food I ever had in my life! Yeah, that good it was! As soon as I bit into the breakfast burrito I thought, wow, I could not make this better! Seriously, I was impressed! I wish I knew her name at the window, both windows actually... She was medium skinned, both were, 1 had golden blond in braids lifted on top like a bun, and the other girl had a comb down style with blue. They were so nice and thanked me for being there and smiled! They were speaking clear, concise, and articulate...Everything you would want in a public front situation! I was impressed! They are an assett to your company! Thanks so much!“

“I really like this mcdonalds for breakfast. Everytime I stop there on my way to campus my breakfast is always hot. I love that. I hate going by other mcdonalds and getting cold hashbrowns and burritos. At this particular mcdonalds my hasbrown and burrito are always hot and the burrito is always wrapped the way it should be, there's no extra tortilla that does not have egg amd cheese and mix in every bite. The drive through is clean from debris and the employees at the windows are nice without attitude and do not mind getting you the extra sauce you ask for. Truly appreciate the hot breakfast. 🔥“

“Today I had a birthday party at this location for my 3 year old … the shift managers ,for starters when I called to inquire about a party were detailed, helped us get a cake ordered and even offered decorations for my party! The staff was amazing with great serving service having the play room clean and sanitized and even the entire shift coming in to sing happy birthday with us ! McDonald’s bring back party packages cause today we really enjoyed my daughter 3rd birthday with this crew and location ! Thank you Ladies and Crew !

“The only reason I put 4 stars is due to the price... For a clown like Ronald McDonald the only thing not laughable is the prices on the items; $3.00 and some change for a large coke and the value menu starts off at $2.00 then goes up... Methinks you are trying to give the four star restaurant prices to the drive thru window... So i hope this Four Star Rating helps you see your dream realized instead of taking it as the joke in which it was meant for the processed meat and ever frozen microwavable and deep fried items you sling out to people through a drive thru window in place of the home cooking and nourishment your patrons prolly really need if they could ever financially break away from the price scheme long enough to afford some REAL groceries“

“Service was above average , but the BIG MAC meal i ordered was picture PERFECT !!! I haven't had a sandwich from McDonalds in a very very long time that LOOKED identical to the photos . I had to smash the sandwich to even bite into it. Fresh hot fries ! It was PERFECT !! THANK YOU SO MUCH.“
