McDonald's in Natchitoches

“They forgot part of our order, so we had to turn around and go back to get it. The cashier was not friendly even though I told her Thank You So Much. The food giver was just throwing it at us. It just takes So little effort to be nice. My family is so thankful for the food industry. I Thank them because I didn't have to cook. That makes them so Wonderful in my eyes. But to be treated with no greeting or response to my genuine kindness hurts my heart. We've just about stopped going to any fast food restaurant this past 2 years. Tonight makes me not want to go again. I'd rather eat a sandwich than for someone to be ugly to me. Get better. Try better. 1 ounce of kindness goes a long way.“

“Last night the service was impressive enough for me to stop and review about it. They blew my mind on how quickly they delivered my order. I pulled into the parking lot opened my app placed an order immediately drove through the drive-thru they directed me to a spot and within 2 minutes my order was in the car and my kids were eating. This does not happen very often but it did last night and I want to give them a shout out for that lol“
