“We were so pleased with our visit here at 3 pm Nov 21st we missed our exit and had to flip around and so glad we stopped here. The workers were on top of everything, made a huge effort to help us when we stepped up to the self order kiosk. Super nice to our kids as well.“

“This was one of the best ones yet. Took lil time on line, got the order right the first time. Then rechecked the order at the pick-up window. This is what EVERY MCDONALD'S SHOULD DO AND LOOK LIKE!!!Wheelchair accessibility: My mother in law is handicapped. We didn't have any issues getting parking up front.“

“Food and customer service good. I especially love with Christopher Deon Gardner takes and handles our order. He makes some of the greatest Big Macs that one can ever ask for. It's awesome how he moves around in the restaurant and still comes to us, customers, with a smile. I definitely will be returning.“

“This is my favorite local McDonald’s! I’ve visited twice when I really wanted their specialty shakes (The grimace birthday shake and now the shamrock shake) and their ice cream machine was actually working!! I even went to get a shake after working really late and wasn’t there until midnight and the ice cream machine was still operational. To add to that, the staff is always nice and pleasant when I’m going through and I’ve never had an issue with getting exactly what I ordered!“

“1) Cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked her how to use the app correctly to get my points since she wouldn't let me give her my code. Then she threw my receipt at me like she was throwing paper in the trashcan. Every point counts these days.2) I always have to ask for a cup of ice here because they only put a few cubes in your drink.3) That being said, my favorite quick summertime breakfast of bacon, egg, and cheese mcgriddle with hashbrown ( I put it in the middle) and sweet tea is an addiction at this point. You have to try with the hash brown inside...omgosh. Delicious.4) 2 stars for atmosphere because this place is always busy, busy, busy, noisy and crowded inside and out.Parking: Very busy here. Right in the middle of hospital row and business neighborhood“

“The staff was very friendly. My food was made to order very hot and fresh upon receiving. Customer service representative on duty that AM was very nice. Anyou're standing and very, very helpful... As was the manager on duty. Both had smiles though it was six or 7 in the morning And no one was in line as far as customers are concerned.Later, both were upbeat and had great customer service skills as well as attitudes for Helping customers And sending them off satisfied. I also appreciate their attention to detail skills. And as I said, maintaining a smile and upbeat attitude.“

“In a world where you will find a bunch of the locations to be bad ...I have yet to find anything wrong with this locations. The crew always been nice and repeat my order to be sure I'm getting the right order.. my food mostly be hot and fresh and I really don't have any problems..this still a place to go for my McDonald's fix..“

“This McDonald's always gets my order correct and so I always come to this one. Always polite.Kid-friendliness: Not only are they sweet to my kiddo, but he likes just about everything he's tried. And it's the only place he'll eat onions on his burger.“

“I'm a truck driver and can't hardly ever get food especially through the drive through. I lobby had just closed 2 minutes before I got there . The manager lady who was so nice to me seen me and asked if I could go through the drive through, after I explained I was in an 18 wheeler she asked what I wanted and took my order . The employees where all so nice and in good moods, the manager lady was telling them to get their stuff done and get off the clock in a stern but joking around kinda way, like a grandma would talk to you. I appreciate very much that she took my order as I didn't have anything open on my 5 hour route that I could fit in. Thank you to that lady, it showed me we have good people left in this world. ..this happened on April 2, 2024.“

“The lady at the window was so efficient! She got my order and even made me laugh cuz i ordered a “strawberry “ macchiato! And i watched her do the next car and she was talking to me and putting in order for car behind me ! Wow! Very good and multitasking.“

“Hands down the best McChicken I’ve ever had in my life. The breading was perfectly crispy and provided textural complexity. The lettuce was placed with precision and in an ideal quantity. Mayonnaise can often overwhelm my palate, but the sandwich was lathered with the optimum amount from edge-to-edge. Finally, the bun was toasted a beautiful golden brown,y and not only was it toasted on the inside, but these mfs toasted the TOP OF THE BUN. I ain’t never had a McDonald’s sandwich toasted on the top before?Overall, yall changed my life.“

“I am not a McDonald's fan, but the grandson is. There was a long line at the drive thru, but we had our food in no time. They do have two drive thrust, but only one open... Even tho sign said always. The frappacino machine not working.“
