McDonald's in Shreveport

“This team is the hope we have left in customer service. From the intercom to the window these ladies had positive attitudes and positive energy. That’s something that’s almost non existent this day and time. I made sure to let management know just how positive they are. A good staff is usually a result of good management. I hope they keep their attitudes and their spirits. It truly brighten my day.“

“Man y'all got to get people that want to work in here. People are flat out mean if you walk up to the counter. And if you need to place an order please I hope you were not in a hurry or hungry cause you are going to be late and starve to death“

“This location has the worst drive-thru time I don't understand how can it only be three cars in the driveway and it takes 25 to 30 minutes to get your order then they asked you to pull over and they still can get your order right poor management I think this location needs to be shut down or revitalized too blackish. They apologize and then want to offer you a apple pie 🥧 SMDH 😳😳😡“

“My fries were slightly burning my finger. That is 5 stars right there. They didn't taste salted so I added salt. My cookies were hot and freshly cooked. That's 5 stars right there. My fried apple pie is okay. It really need some glaze or something added after frying. It is not sweet enough to be in the sweets and treats category. My vanilla shake was delicious. The fact that the shake machine was operational is 5 stars. Now that big mac. What a disappointment. That by itself is a 5 star. Where is the beef? What happened to the burger patty. It is incredibly thin. Surely this is not 1/4 lb of beef. Why would 2 of 3 buns be bone dry. Why? Who wants to eat dry bread? How is adding condiments hurting their profit margin. Ridiculous.“

“Whoever was making the iced coffee around 10:35 this morning (5/20), this is for you lol 10/10. Best iced coffee I’ve ever had from a McDonald’s; it actually tastes like coffee! Most of the time it’s just sugar, milk & disappointment lol“

“Atmosphere was great. Dining room was very clean. The staff was very nice, friendly and professional. All of my food was fresh hot and delicious. My burger was prepared as I ordered it. My fries were grease hot. That deserved 5 stars alone.“

“Maykayla at the Drive Thru window is such a joy. She is always so helpful and friendly. She is such a great asset to the McDonalds on North Market. My day always starts off great when she works the drive thru. And she ALWAYS has a smile on her face. Thanks Maykayla for being a sweet person.“

“Stopped by this McDonald’s and honestly had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted way better than most locations. You can tell the staff actually care about doing things right.

The service was quick and friendly, and my order came out exactly how I asked for it. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept too, which always makes a big difference.

It’s rare to find a fast food spot that consistently does a good job, but this McDonald’s definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be stopping here again.“

“Me and my honey just went for our favorite treat a tall soft ice cream cone. And it was fun and delicious. Because when we were driving to the second window to grab them we were talking and he drove right by the window and the girl was leaning out the window yelling at us and we were laughing so hard and so was she. That made the experience even more unforgettable. ??“

“The only way to get my grandkids dressed for school is to order Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddles® Meal (without the eggs). Wish they had Sausage and Cheese McGriddles with a hashbrown as a meal because these kids LOVE THEM! I usually order online the night before, they have always had my order on time, bright and early!
This McDonald's has me feeling like grandma of the year! lol
Oh, could you guys add fruit punch to the drink menu and the option of ice or no ice? See you in the morning!“

“The line was very long and I got to the speaker at 1024 but couldn't get my order taken until 1033 but they still accommodated me and allowed me to order breakfast anyway. I really appreciate the great customer service. I call that above and beyond. They politely asked me to pull forward and wait while they cooked me a fresh steak and egg bagel. That made my day!!“
