“This team is the hope we have left in customer service. From the intercom to the window these ladies had positive attitudes and positive energy. That’s something that’s almost non existent this day and time. I made sure to let management know just how positive they are. A good staff is usually a result of good management. I hope they keep their attitudes and their spirits. It truly brighten my day.“

“This location has the worst drive-thru time I don't understand how can it only be three cars in the driveway and it takes 25 to 30 minutes to get your order then they asked you to pull over and they still can get your order right poor management I think this location needs to be shut down or revitalized too blackish. “The service was really good the staff were very nice you need to go here. My daughter had a doctor's appt that required her to give blood and the manager, Chris, was nice and gave her a gift. It touched my daughter enough that she wanted to leave a tip. I told her we can't so here is this review. ?“

“Stopped by this McDonald’s and honestly had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted way better than most locations. You can tell the staff actually care about doing things right.

The service was quick and friendly, and my order came out exactly how I asked for it. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept too, which always makes a big difference.

It’s rare to find a fast food spot that consistently does a good job, but this McDonald’s definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be stopping here again.“

“Whoever was making the iced coffee around 10:35 this morning (5/20), this is for you lol 10/10. Best iced coffee I’ve ever had from a McDonald’s; it actually tastes like coffee! Most of the time it’s just sugar, milk & disappointment lol“

“I decided to stop Mansfield rd today for the first time in years and i wanted to this. First off, the service was Great and my food was ready in like 4 mins. The cashier was very polite and the managers were as well. The store was clean and nice so I decided to eat inside. There was a man sitting on the curb in the drive through and the store manager literally instead of running him off, offered him a job! I have Never seen such kindness and sympathetic actions such as this in a Very long time. He helped clean up the back and they fed him. The people that work at store 7000 on Mansfield rd are the most compassionate and caring people that I have seen in a very long time.“

“Me and my honey just went for our favorite treat a tall soft ice cream cone. And it was fun and delicious. Because when we were driving to the second window to grab them we were talking and he drove right by the window and the girl was leaning out the window yelling at us and we were laughing so hard and so was she. That made the experience even more unforgettable. ??“

“The only way to get my grandkids dressed for school is to order Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddles® Meal (without the eggs). Wish they had Sausage and Cheese McGriddles with a hashbrown as a meal because these kids LOVE THEM! I usually order online the night before, they have always had my order on time, bright and early!
