“Drive thru was packed so the fries should have been really fresh but they were just ok (cooks being lazy cooking a bunch of fries and leaving them over the grease and then the heat lamp) and they gave me medium fries instead of large but my drink was large like it was supposed to be. Drive thru did read my order back to me which is a major plus but didn't tell me my total and it wasn't on the screen either so I couldn't have my money ready (cash & change).“
“I am visiting Longview from Dallas and came here for breakfast today.I ordered a small mocha frappe with crushed Oreo added & 2 sausage muffins. ?Those breakfast sandwiches were absolutely perfect, hot, buttery, and fresh!!! Just how they should be ?Most McDonald's in Dallas either don't bother or forget to use the liquid butter on the muffin bread and it ends up extremely dry which sucks ?You all are Rockstars! ??Keep up the great work ?“

Nice presentation from the building, location, and staff.**Update 10/16/23**I'm not sure what happened to the prices of the Mcdouble, but I ordered 4 of them and it was over $12! I couldn't believe it. I said something at the window and then all of a sudden they told me the total was $8. Not real sure where the other $4 was coming from but I always remember them being $1.07 including tax and I will never pay $3 for a mcdouble. That was crazy! Needless to say when we got our food the burgers looked liked a 2 year old slapped them together with most of the ketchup and mustard on the wrapper and the cheese was still cold on 3/4 of it because it was hanging outside of the burger and the rest was melted to the wrapper. This was a very unpleasant experience and I am likely not going to be eating here for a long while until I get that craving for a quarter pounder w/ cheese. It makes me realize that sometimes we need to slow down because faster isn't always better.“
“I go and get a sausage biscuit on my way to work almost every morning. It doesn't matter how long the lines are, I'm out of there within 2-8 minutes. They are very professional, fast and food is always better than the other locations.“
