“This McDonald's Is Always So Busy, There Is Always A Line, But They Are Fast. I Ordered A Cup Of Coffee And When I Had Got To The Window The Person In Front Of Me Paid For My Coffee And Also A Water, They Saw I Had Been Working. The Service At Both Window's Was Excellent. Very Friendly, Polite, Smiling With Eye Contact. Very Professional. Very Clean Store And The Coffee Was Fresh And The Water Was Good And Cold. Enjoyed My Visit And Will Be Back. Very Clean Personnel And The Parking Lot Was Spotless. They Were Busy On The Inside As Well.“
“Staff here is beyond the best they have great customer skills and are exceptionally kind , had a situation where I realized I left my wallet at home and the shift manager without hesitation told me she would take care of the cost , I made it a point to go get my wallet and return with the money , unfortunately she was gone for the day but i hope she knows what a blessing she is“
“I always go through the drive through. If I order something special, (quarter pounder) it's made fresh and I'm asked to pull up in 1 or spot 2 for drive thru waiting parking. Great idea. You get it fresh and you're not holding the line up. They are quick and precise. Always looks clean also.“
“It's been a while since I went through a drive thru and received excellent customer service at McDonald's, especially from a young adult. Sauna (I think that's her name) greeted us and said thank you. Most of the young adults today do not have customer service skills. Sauna, thank you for your service today.“
“This location always feels understaffed. These folks clearly are doing their best. Orders seem to take much longer for curbside pickup. Fastest is drive-thru.You get the opportunity to help serve the homeless who gather here in hopes of you buying them food also or money/spare change. This I would guess plays a role in the restrooms being locked. You must find one of the already overworked staff members to get access.Food hot & fresh, staff helpful & friendly, clean establishment.“
“I went thru the Drive thru and order a Quarter Pounder Deluxe without cheese. Received my order and went home. About a 15 minute drive, got home and it had not only cheese, but extra cheese. The slip attached to the top of the burger box stated no cheese.I had to drive back and park and go inside of the store to get it taken care of.The woman wasn't really rude, just didn't really look up at me as she was stocking the ketchup. She told me to walk over to the trash container and throw it away. Such a complete waste. So many homeless are in that area. Seems as though they could give it away.About 5 minutes later I received my burger...by then by fries we're cold. Didn't even eat them. No one offered an apology for the mix up.It was a disappointing trip this time, will go to another McDonald's next time.“
“It was my fault, that's why I gave the service 5 stars. I had ordered on the app. The app said they were closing soon, which was about an hour before they actually closed when I had got my order in but they shut off mobile orders an hour before. But the app never told me that. The lady was very nice about it and I received my refund when she said I would, when she had shut her drawer for the night and zeroed out her register. Even though I couldn't get my food I ordered from the app, we were still able to order through the speaker and get our food that way. We drove through so we didn't get to experience much of the atmosphere.Parking: Parking is on both sides of the building.Kid-friendliness: They offer kid meals and big kid meals with a toy in each.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking, wheelchair accessible sidewalk, as well as wheelchair bathroom stall.“
