“My boyfriend and I are from out-of-state and stopped at this McDonald's on 1/9/25 at around 11:15am-ish. I didn't catch the name of the manager on duty, but she was AWESOME! My boyfriend ordered a mocha, but it was unavailable. She was so accommodating and went above and beyond to provide a satisfying alternative. Our McChicken patties were a little old, so my boyfriend went back in and she was very apologetic, corrected her staff, and happily replaced our sandwiches. Wish I caught her name, but she deserves some recognition!!!“
