“Staff were so nice, on a long trip from home, spilled our fries, and they got us a replacment. The staff were gifted flowers and since they had extra, they came out and gave us a flower each. Absolute amazing mcdonalds. Quote my brother, its his new favorite mcdonalds.“
“The lady that took our order and brought out our food was amazing, Monday 9/9 mid day. She went above and beyond! We got on the subject of having a million dollars, I said I bet you wouldn't be here if you had a million, to which she said yes I would! She loves her job!“
“All I can say it WOW! What an amazing team at this location. The food was really good, they actually talk to you like they’ve known you for years, and everyone is so professional. Thank you, McDonalds!! The Saliba family ❤s ya!“
“This is a nice place to go during certain hours. Sometimes the service is more friendly than other times. The food is consistent as far as I've noticed. I've never had issues with food quality. I would recommend this location to Family, friends or strangers.“
“We came through the drive thru to get my son some breakfast. Typically, I avoid McDonalds at all cost but we’re in a hurry this morning. This was the best McDonalds I’ve been to in as long as I can remember. It’s clean, it’s convenient but most of all the customer service was better here than all of the places we’ve eaten at in Hot Springs over the last few days. Thank you for that, and we will be back!!“
“Best McDonald's in Hot Springs Arkansas minute I pulled into the parking lot and walked in I could tell 845 am there was someone asking what i would like I had just left a McDonald's by the Mall near where our Hotel is I stood at the cash register for several minutes but they just walked by me Noone ever came to the register to take my order I looked outside and there was 2 people sitting on some steps on their phone I finally went out and noticed the drive in line all the way out to the street I drove away and they were still on the phone but when I got to this McDonald's it was Great the way it should be“
“I live near Mount Ida but work in Hot Springs, so I have started stopping at this McDonald’s & they NEVER disappoint! Keep in mind, This is the busiest McDonald’s in Hot Springs.
Food is always hot & fresh, Service is quick, especially in the drive thru. The last time I stopped in on my way to work, the kiosk malfunctioned, so the super nice manager took my order at the counter & was able to redeem my mobile app deal. Great Crew & great management!“
