McDonald's in Hot Springs

“The lady that took our order and brought out our food was amazing, Monday 9/9 mid day. She went above and beyond! We got on the subject of having a million dollars, I said I bet you wouldn't be here if you had a million, to which she said yes I would! She loves her job!“

“I love this location more than any other. It's cleaner and better staffed than any other location in hot springs. To those out there who are semi bacteria folds like myself. I would encourage you to drive out of your way to go to this location above all others. Then put your mind at ease once you go inside or even through the drive-thru knowing that your food will be handled properly and 99% of the time it's correct. Plus my two puppy dogs usually make buddies with at least one employee every few trips and get a complimentary little small thing of ice cream or something even if I pay for it it's just little things like that that make the day better. Thank you“

“I like this place pretty much. I come here a lot for my drink. It is Christmas day and it is not open yet google says its open. This information needs to be corrected because this stuff happens a lot in this area and I have to wonder if its to hide the fact that they totally close down so corperate doesn't know it. Just a thought. Nothing more.“

“I came through before closing time and I was told at the pick up window the tea was out but the guy who I'm assuming is a manager (based off the shirt he was wearing) named Taylor was super nice apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a large chocolate shake besides getting the delicious shake his customer service was excellent, he had a smile the whole time while he was handing everything out of the window, he was super nice and very polite.“

“This is a nice place to go during certain hours. Sometimes the service is more friendly than other times. The food is consistent as far as I've noticed. I've never had issues with food quality. I would recommend this location to Family, friends or strangers.“

“Great people sometime I eat at McDonald's alot.some time the cashier that be taking your order act like they have a attitude at the drive window. When u go in the have no one at the counter to take your order cause they focused on getting the drive orders out..I wait about 10 minutes b4 someone took my order it was bout 4 people inside waiting to get their order take people continue to walk in.i kept saying hello can we get someone to help us over here. The lady told me its a order board behind you .you can use it if you like and it will help with speeping up your order.if i wanted to use the order board i would have just stayed in the drive thru .that was the only reason she came to take ours order..short handed on staff that morning like all morning. Some day it be enough people to help.some morning and day it doesn't.burger king might be the place where I go next stop“

“Best McDonald's in Hot Springs Arkansas minute I pulled into the parking lot and walked in I could tell 845 am there was someone asking what i would like I had just left a McDonald's by the Mall near where our Hotel is I stood at the cash register for several minutes but they just walked by me Noone ever came to the register to take my order I looked outside and there was 2 people sitting on some steps on their phone I finally went out and noticed the drive in line all the way out to the street I drove away and they were still on the phone but when I got to this McDonald's it was Great the way it should be“
