McDonald's in Little Rock

“We have never had uncooked food here like at other mcds...we have always had great servers and there is this young man in the drive through that will make you laugh EVERYTIME YOU GO with his puns and jokes!!! I SWEAR HE IS THERE ALL THE TIME LOL 😆 Overall for it being miss it is decent if I had time and stuff I would drive to this one instead of using the 2 closest to my house!!“

“Great food, attention to detail when it comes to customizing burgers. Definitely two thumbs up! I live 15 minutes away and have 2 other McDonald's that are closer to me. This place/location will always have my business when we want a double quarter pounder!“

“the bag was so saturated with grease it got everywhere. I know it’s greasy but this was unacceptable . Napkins saturated, McGriddle wrapper soaked. The hash brown was too greasy to even eat. It’s like them dumped it right from the grease into the bag.“

“The sweet tea was delicious. It was 95 degrees and so HOT outside. I just came through for something to drink. I was hoping the tea wasn't going to be too sweet and not cool enough. It is perfect. Just sweet enough and it's ice cold!! So refreshing on this hot day!!“

“My experience wasn't all happy because I ask that they put everything on the sandwiches and you have to pay for what should be on there anyway. Like lettuce, tomatoes, sandwich 🥪 spread like Marines. The sandwich was dry so my sister couldn't even eat the sandwich it had NO, dressing on there on the brayhead, it had the cheese and all that, but nothing you know, like. Marinade, did they put on their, you know, to help with the bread? And stuff, and my sister is dying of stage 4 cancer, and I was very disappointed when you call up there, it does no good. Everyone fake like they're the manager. When you know they're not the manager. The location is the McDonald's in North Little Rock, McCain mall..“

“I was with my sons special needs class today- we had 30-40 adults and kids- the staff here handled everything flawlessly and showed such grace and patience with the kids when they ordered!!! Food was made quickly even for a big group and their kindness did not go unnoticed! This will forever be the location we go to when going to McDonalds in LR!“

“I don't visit McDonald's often. They have kiosk now where you order your food but the staff was still very helpful. The young lady even helped me out to my car with my food since I had several orders. They truly exhibited southern hospitality there. You don't see that much anymore especially at fast food restaurants.“

I had a fantastic experience at McDonald’s today! From the moment I walked in, the service was quick, friendly, and efficient. The staff greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was spot-on. “Ordered via the app, pulled into curb side spot. After waiting 10 minutes, I went inside to get our food the place was a mad house. No one seem to know what needed to be done. One girl finally came over to help me, told her my order she wanted to see my order, I pulled out my phone and showed it to her. She took a picture of it. Got my order together, handed to me. When we got to our room (my husband is a Multiple Myeloma Cancer Institute patient) his sausage egg and cheese McGriddle had no egg or cheese.“

“The person that brought out our food caught that there was something missing and saved us a whole missing fish sandwich. We had to pull up and wait a second for the fish to fry and the employee caught it. They also had a person w a condiment tray outside. Very nice of them. And that is what I call taking initiative in your work and treating others as u would want to be treated by and especially to that employee. I have a sick Mom and Dad and it would have messed our dinner up entirely has they not caught it. Hot fresh, and spectacular service.“

“So many negative reviews. I have never had a real problem with this location. I have had to wait on a couple of things, but no big deal. This is not a Michelin restaurant. It’s fast food with irresponsible teens working there. You have to expect some hiccups. Every McDonald’s will have a problem. What restaurant doesn’t?“

“Pulled up because I was hungry, drive through atmosphere didn't really count but the people working were so nice and the girl almost gave me the wrong bag and they corrected her but it was positive reinforcement. Food was so fresh it burnt my mouth. Couldn't have asked for a better burger man. High fives team.“

“Edit: Recent experiences have been amazing and during hours you wouldn’t expected. Staff was very thoughtful and friendly and food was solid!

Food here is pretty solid and fairly consistent. Usually hot and prepared well. Service is definitely hit or miss and often blunt but not too worse than typically McDonalds experience.
Inside is clean and spacious. The seating is rough. They have all this uncomfortable wood seating that feels actively designed to drive people out. It all looks nice but can be less pleasant if you plan to sit awhile. It’s an unfortunate trend with fast food that makes me want to do places that don’t treat customers like an inconvenience, which is how it can feel.

(Note: preference but don’t love the delayed lunch until 11am on weekends but 10:30am during week. I was surprised and saw 4 other guests show up and 3 of them asked the same thing and we had to wait for them to transition. Breakfast until 11 is good but not if it delays lunch menu).“
