“We all know that there are dozens of McDonald's in every city you visit. This part of Texas is no different, there are literally five McDonald's within a 5-mile radius of where I live or work. I literally go out of my way to visit this location because the staff is super amazing and always gets my orders correct.
This location is always super busy and even with them being so busy the staff still makes an effort and makes every meal correctly.“
“Had an appointment down the street, so afterwards I walked down and had a bite before I called for a Lyft to go home.
I don’t remember the last time I ate inside a McDonalds and on the rare times I do go, I use the drive through.
It was 9am and it was pretty empty. The first thing I noticed was the two ordering kiosks. Customers were strongly encouraged to place your order. There is only one cash register available and the cashier was in the kitchen and not standing there to take an order.
The area where the cash registers were is now blocked off by wooden panels decorated with information about the coffee served at McDonalds. It kinda looked like unprofessional and thrown together.
I placed my order and it seemed pretty high for a Sausage McMuffin Value Meal. I checked my receipt and it said that there was an upsell of .70c! I thought I ordered a small drink with my meal! Ouch. I also ordered an hot fudge sundae because I had a sore throat. I didn’t see the price on the order board. Last I had one, it was $1.50-ish. I checked my receipt and the sundae was $2.75!! If I had known that, I would not have ordered it. Shame on me for not checking before I paid.
The food was okay. Exactly what I expected to get. The hash browns could have been warmer.
I would go back there again, but I would be extra cautious when ordering and ask questions about prices before I ordered.“
“Its McDonald's. The food is as good as most every other McDonald's. This location is inside of the Walmart on hwy 64. I went at an off-peak hour around 4 PM on Saturday and it was still busy. It was still a good experience and I would recommend going to this location.“
“Went with my youngest boy and had a lot of fun. The food came out promptly, the play place was clean and tidy and all the food was freshly made. Also, the seating for the play area was literally the best one I've seen at any McDonald's.“
“These guys get slammed with business and keep the flow of customers moving steady better than any other McDonald's I've ever been to before. Also, most importantly above speed of service is accuracy-and my orders on almost a daily basis sometimes twice a day have always been exactly what I ordered. Thank you Jacksonville McDonald's for your perfection, everyone there deserves a raise.“
“This McDonald's is actually better than most I've been to in the last few years. It was clean, the food was fresh and the employees were nice. I gave the service 3 stars because even though they were nice, our food was left at the front without us knowing. I ordered on the app and chose to have our food brought to the table and entered our table number. When I realized about 20 minutes had passed and people were coming and going, I went to the front to check on our order. Although I was glad it had at least been made, I was disappointed at it just being left there unattended with no one bothering to bring it to the table, call my table number or my name. However, I don't think it was there too long because our food wasn't too cold, and it still tasted fresh.“
“Great service and So Clean. Super morning employees that seemed to really like their jobs. And they all new the importance of 'Clean'. The cashier was awesome and patient. They have a great manager! Would definitely recommend this place!!“
“Travel all over the country and live in Tyler. Consistently the best service of any McDonald's anywhere from NY,to FL, to OR, to CA. Always fast, friendly and professional. Truly a pleasure to dine here. Thanks for being an exceptional role model for other location to follow!“
“Within a 3 mile radius of my house in Tyler Texas, you'll easily find four or five McDonald's. Interestingly, while they are all franchisees of the national brand and purchase the same ingredients to make the same food items on the menu, the experience of ordering and eating this food varies wildly among these multiple locations. I'll get around to denigrating the deplorable McDonald's of Tyler at another date, but it's worth giving honorable mention to this one. This isn't to say that the service here is perfect, but there is a core of competent and courteous people working at it that generally delivers pretty good McDonald's food
with pretty good service. If you decide to go inside, the dining room is quite nice and under utilized by most patrons. If you have a choice, I would go to this McDonald's.“
“OMG!!! Someone was helpful at a McDonald's Sometimes the simple things are the best things.
I ordered using the kiosk and could only get a small orange juice with the combo I ordered. I pulled up the beverage option and ordered another large orange juice. Misty brought out both the orange juices and I asked for a large cup to put both the juices in. Misty immediately grabbed the cup and transferred the juices. I know it seems small but I've been at other McDonald's and it got all kinds of extra!
Shout out to the entire staff because everyone seemed helpful and engaged in their job!“
