“While I miss the McDonald's of the old days where service was fast, efficient, and certainly friendly this is a nice compromise. It's about the best we're going to do in our legacy fast food chains.I just wish the ice cream machine worked consistently.“
“Just being honest, some that I've been to the floors were sticky with soda all over the counters , and I sat in line for 20 min before I had someone approach me to ask if I had placed a order, each one is different so I can't speak for them allBut the McDonald's in Gladewater tx I just don't understand, either your there to work or just there to get a check and go home, If your working in a customer service experience each day ,on their job description it tells them basically to smile toMulti-task, to show great attitude even in the most toughest days , because times will get frustrating and we all get upset and wa t to leave but if that's not for you allow someone else that wants to work be in that position to keep the lines moving and outside drive through, and online order pickup for door dashers. Just my own opinion ? ?“
“Its McDonald's. The food is as good as most every other McDonald's. This location is inside of the Walmart on hwy 64. I went at an off-peak hour around 4 PM on Saturday and it was still busy. It was still a good experience and I would recommend going to this location.“
“In the drive thru around lunchtime and behind 2 other cars. Line went pretty quickly and the lady at the window was pleasant and kept the line going quickly. Probably one of the best McDonald's drive thru experiences I've had in a long time.“
“Driving home from the zoo we made a pit stop at this location and while my burger was great and most things were good, my fries and my fries alone had no salt and I got a mcflurry that came to me having never been mixed. The toppings were thrown in the soft serve and handed straight to me. I decided to splurge and try the new cheesecake mcflurry and I was utterly disappointed. They weren't busy and there was no line in the drive-thru. Everything else was on point and flavor of my bacon burger more than made up for the plain fries!“
“Pre-ordered fries, a caramel frozen coffee and a coke. Used my $1 coupon for large deink. Just minutes after we parked, a lady came out with order and a condiments tray. The fries were piping hot. Drinks were delightful. I just needed a MCD French fry fix and I got it. Love MCD!!!“
“The service at this location is always friendly and quick. The order was accurate and quick. They even brought it out to us as we were sitting out in the play area with our granddaughter. The drink station was a bit dirty for 9:30 in the morning and the overall appearance of the restaurant seemed like it use some detail cleaning but the play area seemed cleaner than the eating area. That was alarming and reassuring at the same time.Kid-friendliness: The play area seemed cleaner than the restaurant area.“

“McDonald's what is there really to say. This one is a pain to get in and out of because it's on a busy corner. But the gentleman that took my order was so sweet. My kids were screaming brother out the car as I paid. He was not their brother but was kind to them. Order was correct. Fries not the freshest. But it was raining all day. No complaints. Nice servers everytime I've been.Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's home of the happy meal. Kid friendly? Duh!“
“I have used this McDonald’s for years, 99% the drive thru. It is easily that fastest, best ran McDonald’s in Tyler. The food is always fresh. The employees are always wonderful.If the line is long don’t be discouraged you’ll be through it in no time.“
