I’ve only written one bad review before this one since my standards for food service are already low. I could write an essay on my recent experience at this location, but I’m lazy. I’ll shorten it down to saying that I understand when being paid minimum wage leads to minimum effort, but I refuse to accept terrible pay as an excuse for treating customers like gum stuck on the bottom of your slip-resistant shoes. One of the busiest locations, and they just can't quite seem to ever get it right! Lines are always wrapped around the restaurant. You will wait forever to order, and nine times out of ten, by the time you finally get it, it is not correct. This location is extremely understaffed, and the employees that are there are rude, short, and unprofessional. Not the best location. I try to avoid going here.
