Worst service I have ever had got my order wrong multiple times then was told to go to the back of the line and reorder not to mention I get in the window and have to knock on it because the lady there was staring at her phone not paying attention. This will be the last time I go to this location!

The visit was very smooth
Why did we let it become ok to be pulled ahead or moved to a parking spot just so they can keep there line moving.

Every single time….. every, single, Time…….. IT “Never” fails….. It doesn’t matter if it’s 3 people inside the restaurant or 2 cars in the Drive-Thru. You can order one plain Hamburger and the first thing your going to have to do is pull over into the Reserved lane and wait 10-15 minutes, heck maybe more. Then I made the dumb mistake by ordering a McFlurry with the meal , you know and I guess they don’t mix the McFlurry up anymore, they just drop the ice cream and put the Oreo crumbles on top… hell Blue Bell Cookies and Cream ice cream is 8 times better than that. You know I guess Everything is going to heck now a days, I guess that’s why everything is closing too. But while sitting here waiting on the food, I hope it doesn’t melt waiting on the food before I get home. You know I guess the excuse is mostly because they are “short staffed” 🤔….. you know but maybe I’m wrong though….. 🙌

Pretty terrible experience, placed my order at 11:53am. Received most of my food by 12:20, then took until 12:45 to get my iced coffee and at that time I asked the lady about the ice cream cones I ordered for my kids, she said oh I'll get them, waited till 1 and still nothing, took my kids elsewhere for ice cream. I get people get busy and it was lunch time but I was in a fast food restaurant for over an hour and never received all of my food.
I waited 15 minutes in a parking space, and my breakfast biscuit never came out, so I went in and got my refund.

One of the friendliest McDonald's I've been too. They always get my order right.

Today I had a birthday party at this location for my 3 year old … the shift managers ,for starters when I called to inquire about a party were detailed, helped us get a cake ordered and even offered decorations for my party! The staff was amazing with great serving service having the play room clean and sanitized and even the entire shift coming in to sing happy birthday with us ! McDonald’s bring back party packages cause today we really enjoyed my daughter 3rd birthday with this crew and location ! Thank you Ladies and Crew !

Excellent customer service especially the kiosk need to have other languages for customers who don't understand English as much to reach a bigger customer based friendly
