As someone from the fast food/ restaurant industry. I'm disappointed I could tell the cashier was new and she forgot to add my bottle water on my order. So When I receive my food, I ask for my bottle water and the guy said I didn't order one. Ok no big deal the lady didn't put it on my ticket ill just buy one real quick. Nope the guy at the window said I have to drive back around to order a bottle water. It was busy iv already waited 15min for my food. And now I have to do it again for a bottle of water? Really we have fallen that much on customer service?

When we were ordering the lady was acting like we were wasting her time and when she got my order wrong I went to go return it and the lady was watching tik Tok and not even acknowledging me and most of the time they get my order wrong. Only recommend for carryout or delivery

I don’t usually leave reviews on places but i feel like people should know how horrible of a McDonald’s this is. If i could, i’d rate it 0 stars. I’ve lived in this town for over a year now, and every time i go, the order is wrong and have to go in to correct it even if it is only one or two items!! And when I do go in to get my orders fixed, the employees are extremely rude. I recently went and the order came with large fries that were only half way filled up(charging me the price of a large fry for a medium is wild). The food it decent, but there’s really no point of asking them to take anything off as it will always be completely ignored. This is the closest McDonald’s to my house and I really hope this changes.

The line was long and the back booth cashier was very rude. I told her the 2nd lane was not working because cars were driving off and no orders were being taken. Probably the mic volume was low, I don't know what was going on but it was a catastrophe. She said "it's working" but cars in front of me pulled off and i sat there for 2 minutes before i decided to pull to the first window. The employees were playing around in the front of the store and kept parking people. Had to get a receipt from the front of the store, which was wrong. I ordered 2 drinks and only received one. The only guy that was working and of good spirits was a tall light-skinned guy that tried his best to fix the mistakes of those other employees. If you are not in the mood to work and service others then it is best that you stay at home and not have a job.
