This was the worst service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Ordered in drive thru. 1st they gave me the wrong drink & told us to pull over. They pulled every car over to wait for order (at least 10) The 2 orders they did bring out to other cars were both incorrect & they had to go in. After 30 min my husband went in & they couldn't even find our order. They eventually made it for us. He said it was just as chaotic inside. They either need to fix their system or their staff!

Service was below average and I am sad because my wife and I go to McDonald's at least 3-5 times a week. It was not even that busy. We were driving through headed from Florida back to Texas. Food was good but I requested no onions on my Big Mac and it was like opposite day. They loaded me up on A LOT of onions. Sweet older lady at the register did get me my 2 cups so we could get our drinks while we waited on our food. With a little management training on customer svc. things will get better.

If you are pressed for time or thinking you'll be in and out, think again. I've stopped here two separate times driving out of state and both times I waited over 20 minutes. The first time I went through drive through and was parked. When my children food came out it was luke warm. I realized that they brought my order out with two other cars that was parked instead of bringing each order out as they come out. I was definitely expecting hot nuggets especially fries since my children and I were waiting so long.... Then this next time I went in during breakfast, but order through the mobile app and there wad one young lady trying to work drive thru, front counter, drop hashbrowns, fix coffee, etc. Shoutout to her. She was more concern with trying to serve everybody more than the manager who came straight from the back focusing on drive thru. The least she could have done was acknowledge the front counter customers and apologize for the wait. It seems to be no good time to stop there. YOU WILL WAIT! And even if they are short handed they could at least have decent communication and/or deliver your food satisfactory HOT if you have to wait.

Did not get any food, was not able to get service. I was in line for almost 15 minutes and only 2 vehicles were waited on. I finally left as I am a delivery driver and on a deadline. When I was at this same restaurant the day before, most of the staff was in the parking lot watching a man screaming at another customer. I had to wait for him to finally notice me and move so I could drive by because he and his car were blocking the driveway. I got my order in ok, but had to wait in one of the waiting slots for a simple cheeseburger and fries. I almost left because again, I was on a deadline. This is the sorriest excuse for a restaurant where customer service is concerned. All of these employees should be replaced with people who want to work and who actually care about their customers.

This place is ridiculous waited 15 mins for Chicken sandwich got told to pull up along with six other vehicles then they come out and try to figure out who’s food is who and don’t even care as to who it belongs to stupid this is why we don’t have nice things

All the food here nowadays might as well be kids meals ,, small everything , I don’t even know why they call it a Big Mac ,, quarter pounder burger is made with regular patties and when you show the manager they say oh it shrinks when you cook it , really? Keep it ,,

Placed my order at 11:54 pm , They took my money but told me the receipt printer wasn’t working , I then sat at the next window until 12:18am until someone came to the window and she asked “Yall been sitting here this whole time ? Do yall want the food are a refund? We proceeded to take the order because it was for our small kids , but only to get everything cold .

I don't expect much from fast food places, but the correct order is one expectation. Order 4 piece chicken and was in a box that said 4 but only 3 in the box. Shorted one french fry. Next time I'll try the burger king across the street
