To start off, the staff
lack customer service experience including the managers.
I placed an order for a large fry, apple pie, quarter pounder w/cheese and a large coke.
I asked for everything to be cooked fresh. Needless to say, that everything was cold just the opposite..😔😏🤔🫣

Great place period. Bring the family, yourself, or have it brought to you. Either way you'll be glad you got your meal from this location. Having a crew and business that cares means a lot. Especially when they're preparing your food. Wonderful place of business. Great work team

Portions are extremely small nowadays. The biscuits for breakfast are barely 2 in wide compared to the 3-in biscuits they used to have. Same thing with hamburgers. Just not worth it. McDonald's is ripping off the American people. Shrinkflation poster child.

Ordered an absolute monster of a mcgriddle. Was awesome. Quick service, hot food, no complaints. The workers were very kind and served us with a smile. This has been one of the best mcdonalds experiences ever. HOWEVER. There was an elderly homeless lady that was screaming at everyone the whole time and it was horrible. We sat and dined in and she greeted everyone by shouting at them. They literally wouldn't ask her to leave or give her any assistance- so I only assume she's a regular. But that was super awkward. The whole time she just sat there and yelled at people. Other than that, great experience and service.

Regrettably, I discarded the packaging before photographing the substandard sausage biscuit I received. The biscuit was excessively hard, burnt, and unpalatable. The employee who prepared this item at 10:18 AM on December 29, 2024, for order #49, should be held accountable for providing such a low-quality product to a customer. I would not offer this to an animal. I will submit an online survey to inform corporate management. I will NOT be returning to this establishment.

We work for Lowes in Boyce . We come there quite a bit and in the last week we have come there spending at least 50+ each time. We haven't got all of our food and we have had to request multiple times for the staff to get it right and were met with arguments or dismissive attitudes. Last week we got a steak biscuit instead of bacon egg ,today we went there and an entire item was left out and we can't just leave to come back and pick it up. This is the worst service I have been subjected to. The staff is so unfriendly. We also work in customer service so we know what is expected. I worked for mcds for 9 yrs as a manager and we never treated our customers like this. All the manager could offer was: I am sorry about your experience and nothing else. That isn't how a manager should take care of a customer. We were repeat customers but that will no longer happen.

This specific McDonalds had the worst service and the slowest employees I’ve seen in a McDonalds. Someone else had to wait at least 10 minutes for a single medium frappe, and it took about 8 minutes for my order to get done (a medium frappe and 2 ice cream cones) and they completely skipped a mobile order. I will get McDonalds in the future just not at THIS location EVER again.

I’ve never been a fan of how McDonald’s sends drive thru customers to the parking spots for you to sit and wait longer and get passed up by people who ordered after you did. Last Friday morning we were given one part of our large breakfast order and then were asked to pull forward to waiting spot number 1 and wait. The poor worker that came to bring us our food brought one more item and thought that completed the order. And then had to repeat that about 3 times. I kept telling all that was missing.

I don’t understand when there must be multiple ways to see what was ordered. There had to have been a screen, a receipt, something showing our entire order. It was like she was clueless each time that there was still more missing. It doesn’t make any sense especially when the drive thru screen showed our order correctly.

Terrible service. The manager and her friend kept walking back and forth completely ignoring my calls for help/questions/and service. I was even picking up for Doordash and they still did this to me. I was waiting probably about 30 minutes before I started raising my voice to speak to a manager bc there was a long line that had formed behind me and I still hadn't gotten the order I made for myself nor the doordash order and still nothing but maybe one or 2 rude words with rolls of the eyes and scoffs in my direction the entire time I waited. Finally I'm guessing the lady that finally came to the rescue was maybe the GM, but she listened to my very irate rant about not getting and service for as long as I had been there and offered me a free m flurry after me showing her the receipt I paid for mine in cash so long beforehand and the doordash order screen just as proof of how long I had been waiting for service. She even told me one of these two girls purposely ignoring me was a SHIFT MANAGER and she personally was angry as well. Within seconds, my orders appeared as well as the free mcflurry I was offered and I left. I have never received such horrible service. I was polite as ever up to the point that I could literally see them smirking as I called for help. I'm usually not one to be a "Karen", but damnit it was necessary tonight. They both deserve to be fired if they can't act right towards the public! I do thank the GM for coming to the rescue, but I highly doubt that I'll ever return to that location even for Doordash. I ended up reporting them there too, so hopefully something can be done!????
