UNACCEPTABLE! I ordered a large pan pizza from Pizza Hut - Jackson Street, Alexandria, LA. The pizza was burned, extremely greasy and it was definitely NOT the pan crust. I made the issues aware to the “only person” at that location, whose name is Zane. Her response was I remake it or get a credit for my next visit, but there would be no refunds. Having already received poor quality and service, I didn’t trust either option…. Essentially, get another burned pizza or come back later - which, at this point I don’t plan to do. Add to that, I’d already waited 20+ minutes in the parking lot after placing my order at the drive-up window. That’s because I had to drive to the physical location to place the order bc apparently, the phones were down at that location. I expressed my concerns and Zane aggressively said “remake, credit or have a good day.” And slammed the drive-thru glass window in my face. I’ll be escalating this matter forward in greater detail.

Very good customer service but some was very rude at night
I have been a loyal Pizza Hut fan my whole life. Their pizza has become the worst. I'd guess its a cost reduction thing. I think there are better frozen pizza in the supermarket. I'm going to go with dominos for a while.

Alexandria, Louisiana location does not serve what you order, only what they feel like making at the time. Have attempted on two separate occasions to get a Pepperoni Melt and have been given a pepperoni personal pan pizza instead, even though the receipt shows my order clearly. What the heck Jackson Street location??

This store has always been great with food and service. Pizza Hut wouldn’t allow me to make a order with just my points that I had been saving up for a year. And then they took them and I requested to get them back and was told no. So won’t be going back.
