Had a coupon survey code and they would not accept it. The manager said they do not have to honor it if they choose not to. And that is a lie they all have to honor. The place was full of trash. The floor is oily and almost fell because of it.

I did not get a receipt and I ordered an extra biscuit which I haven't received.... I used the drive-through and didn't look at the goods until I got home. I don't know whether I was charged for an extra biscuit or not. Not my favorite place, but my husband likes their chicken....

I tried calling to place an order and was left on hold. When I got there I ordered and was told it would be 15 minutes. I couldn’t wait. A supervisor gave me an alternative which worked. Great customer service at the window and the food was fresh.
