“As if I didn’t already love this place enough but we ordered a tray for a Mardi Gras ball but accidentally called it in to the wrong location. Ms.Maria said “we got it no problem”. Her and the guys in the back had it ready in less than 10 minutes. She was so sweet and accommodating. We still made it to party on time. Thanks Maria and crew!“

“Fantastic experience. Placed a pickup order at 6:58pm unknowingly the store closed at 7. When I realized, I called to see if it would be cancelled. Dustin answered and said don’t worry about it, we’ll make it fresh for you. Not only was my order brought out hot and quick to my car after the restaurant was technically closed, he even threw in an extra 8 count nugget! Right on brand for CFA. Service like this is a a breath of fresh air - especially for the CENLA area. Thanks Dustin!“

“Lunch was fabulous today! There was a group of 15 of us for a wedding and TeErica did a wonderful job accommodating us. Food was delivered correctly and she inquired about doing refills. Sandwiches and salads were tasty and southern hospitality was evident. Great to see that exists in the world still! Thank you! Highly ecommend this restaurant!“

“I think the issue with the new drive thru is how the numbers are being issued. I believe one person should be responsible for placing numbers on cars as they enter this will allow those who enter 1st to leave 1st. As it stands you may be in line 2 or 3, but due to the merging of these lines you are delayed vs line 1. I’m not a logistics expert so.“
