Disappointed in the food prices was ok but food was a no no

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was terrible. The sausage if that's what they call it wasn't sausage at all. I eaten better vienna sausages then what they served. The snow crab leg were nasty and so spongy you couldn't crack then open.. They were over cooked and hed been soaking in warm water, apparently for hours. There was no salt or pepper on the tables. I asked the server for salt and pepper and he gave me butter in a small container. He didn't understand english to well. The atmosphere was dull. The service was slow. I scored it with one star because the server at least changed gloves before he served.

Very disappointed 😞 food was soggy from sitting in water, we even went early. I figured I was getting freshly cooked seafood. Not the case, its precooked and sits in water to stay hot like a buffet line. I will not go back. Customer service was good, food was a waste.

Its a hit or miss, One minute its good the next its awful. Ordered a few months back ago, crawfish was not clean and found other stuff mixed in it such as a snail shell. 🤮

My first time trying this restaurant out and my god, I’ve had seafood from many different places in Louisiana and this is definitely one of the top notch places! Everything is juicy and perfectly seasoned! Especially their boiled crawfish which is always my favorite😋

went somewhere different than the usual places 🙄 it wasn't a good idea crawfish had been in ice chest for awhile not hot they were big taste was OK my snow crab was not good the shrimp was good . but we will not be back.

They really need to hire a new front counter person. I was asking a few questions because the guy had a very strong accent, and I honestly couldn't understand most of what he said. Instead of being patient, he literally rolled his eyes at me — not a good look.
As for the food, it was okay. The seasoning was actually delicious, but the crawfish was overcooked and a bit mushy. On the bright side, the prices were great.
Gross.... that's the best word to describe the mushy crawfish and the employees bad attitude. The employee even acknowledged that the crawfish were bad and still offered no resolution. Very bad customer service in my opinion. I'm 100 percent sure better food can be found elsewhere because this was straight up garbage. Lesson learned.

I’m from south Louisiana and it was way too salty for boiled crawfish. If you purge with salt check the sodium of the seasoning. I don’t purge with salt. My fiance had a fried catfish and fried shrimp plate with fries. The best part was the fries. It’s obvious they don’t change out the oil to save money.
