To the guy who took my order back in, thanks for being cool. To the skinny I assume manager.....there's a reason you work at Sonic....I'm surprised you made manager....they must have been desperate with your terrible attitude. You probably told your family you were essential during COVID... your unessential to the world.
UPDATE: This happened again at another location in Kingsville. First incident was on Feb 14 or so. This time an app order that clearly said no diced onions. Go check the review on that one.

They never came out with our drinks and the service was awful no one was there when it was open and never got our money back. Many of the stalls said they were not working on the app even though they were on and working.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 45 minutes with 3 cars in the hole place. Not only did the screen say my order was coming out after 15 minutes what they brought me was complete trash. Tea WAS SPOILED, tater tots completely cold, and the burger and coney was lukewarm like it had been sitting forever. I can not believe I wasted all my time here. I pressed the red button to call about the tea and tater tots, no one answered… 10 minutes later, I left.. I WILL NEVER go there again. Me and my family never go out to eat because everything is so expense now and this is what we get. I’m so so disappointed!!

This place is horrible do not waste your time comeing to this sonic , the workers won’t answer the drive thru or pull in spots either , they ignore you when you try to order ! They obviously don’t care if they go out of business ! This place needs to shut down

Parking: They pressure wash the parking lot in the morning. Be sure to watch the cord when you get there. Great workers there when I get in to purchase food.
Kid-friendliness: My kids luv it here. Ice-cream and blizzard friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Never seen a wheelchair at sonic but I imagine it helps having an accessible ramp.
As long as this manager (Mark ) is still employed there I will never go back there to order food . They gave me the wrong order , & I didn’t notice it until I left .
I called about it and at first was hung up on . Then I was told to bring my receipt back . When I arrived the manager was very aggressive and refused to give me the order I paid for, and said he doesn’t care about corporate being called on him because it’s happened before .

Terrible, took forever and a day for them to answer the intercom, couldn't understand what they were saying, went to a different stall, took forever again, still hard to hear or understand what they were saying. Took forever to get the order ( cheese sticks and 3 blasts) handed me the first cup of ice cream, sides all dripping wet with melted ice cream over the cup. I looked in it and could see the ice cream was watery and melted. I told them I could not accept this and sent it back for a redo. Waiting, waiting and more waiting to the point I almost left but she hadn't taken my payment. I pulled up to the store itself to try and talk to someone working but no one came out for a long while. I was just going to pay for the cheese sticks and leave. Finally someone came out and I stopped them and asked about our ice cream. She brought them out, again ice cream all over the side and bottom of the cups, I asked for napkins because she had none. So I had to wait for her to go back inside to come out with napkins. I used a bottle of water I had to try and rinse off some of the stickiness of the ice cream on the outside and underneath the cup. I asked her "what was going on in there" and she informed me that there were 3 people working, others called in because it was a holiday. Oh, I almost forgot... When we were pulling in we witnessed a male who was working there make a "d_ _ g deal" with someone in a white car then the car left. ....
