I placed a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru. It was cold & raining and on top of that I sprained my ankle. There was 2 different women who couldn’t find my order at first, then when they finally did, they claimed that I placed it to be picked up inside. I informed them that they were incorrect & 1 lady (I think a manager) then proceeded to yell at me saying it’s on her screen. I told her it was on my screen as well ( see picture below). Instead of going ahead and giving it to me in the drive thru, she made me go inside to get it. I understand that glitches happen, but she didn’t have to be rude and didn’t have to make me come inside. I think these employees need some training on customer service.

So Wendys restaurant someone called me and instead of reviewing the video, he just believed them and called me a liar, so I will not stop talking about this until he looks at the video and realizes who’s the liar and who’s not. I don’t appreciate that I’m not a liar, and they flat out lied on me so I went on my neighborhood watch started talking to people because the Wendys is in our neighborhood. They’re telling me since it got under new management. The food is terrible. The bread is soggy they’re finding hair in their food because no one wears a hairnet down there, and we talk too like we’re animals. They’ll cuss you out scream at you and when you complain, they call you a liar. The man that called me said he owned this Wendy’s and I was a liar said did you look at the video he wouldn’t answer me you know why because he looked at it didn’t know who was a liar, and who’s not I’ve been frequenting that Wendys, since they first opened quite a few years back never had a problem until they hired a crackhead who thinks she could talk to you anyway what she wants and now the guy who says he owned it call me and he’s calling me a liar, and all I said was look at the video I can back up what I said. I am not a liar, but I’ll talk about this every day until this matter is resolved.!! Beware Wendy’s on 28 West Blvd. is really dropped the quality of their food not to mention hiring people that act like they’re on some kind of drugs because what that girl did to me that day was not normal! And I got cussed out, screamed out for reaching out to my side of the story! Stay away from Wendys on 28 West Coliseum Blvd. down the road there’s a sonic there’s a Whataburger a panda. At least they know how to treat people.!! Good luck, Wendys I’ll be praying for you. Amen.!

WARNING!! Wire in chicken sandwich! I swallowed a small wire that was in the chicken sandwich. It cut my mouth and my throat and got caught in my throat It showed up on the x-ray when I went to the hospital. I called the manager at the store. She was rude and extremely unprofessional gave me a wrong phone number and slammed the phone down in my ear. I finally called the correct number spoke with Kenny who got in a shouting match with me and I never received an apology or any concern for what I had gone through. Those of you who read my reviews knows that I NEVER SUE!! I am ALL about being a consumer advocate! And since my entire job is traveling all over the United States, I make sure I do reviews for both good and bad service. I just want the community to be Able to spend their money where the best food and the best customer service is available. Companies don’t understand gone or the days that we will spend our money and receive horrible service and horrible food! THIS WENDYS IS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT THE FOOD OR SERVICE GIVEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS! After all the rude unprofessional behaviors he had the audacity to offered me a coupon to get a free sandwich…WOW!!!
