I placed an order online, expecting it to be done by the time I got there. Was made to wait 10 mins just to be given cold food that didn’t look appetizing. This was actually my first time ever eating at wingstop so this was a very disappointing experience.

Terrible service was told to sit down by an employee no thanks not going there again

Had four employees in there and no one would take my order. They told me I had to order online because they didn't know how to use the register. Took an hour and 15 minutes for my food and then they gave me the wrong food. The guy was nice and replaced it for me but they messed it up again. Will not be going back no time

I ordered take out. The food was to be expected. The service was fair. THe biggest problem with my whole experience was my order was missing my large order of fries and all the dipping Sauces. I called and they said was I could drive back and pick it up. But then all the other food would have be cold and I live 20 miles from the damn place. NO manager on duty and they would not refund my credit card. Everyone should just go to Buffalo Wild Wings, That is where I should have went and will next time

Went to pick up my online order and the lady at the register was talking on the phone while waiting on me. I thought she was talking to me. I said “Ma’am”? She said “I’m on the phone”! Attitude was not appreciated!Got home and the whole order was wrong!!

My family walked in around 6:30 pm on a Saturday night at the Alexandria La location and was ready to have an enjoyable dinner then the front counter tells us they are not taking orders and they are only taking online orders. We shouldn't have to come to a restaurant and only do an online order to have dinner . We ended up walking out and going to Buffalo Wild Wings even though we were ready to eat Wing stop. Very disappointed in their behavior. The next day I contacted the Wing Stop in Alexandria to speak with the head manager and someone by the name of Sandra Williams gets on the phone and I explained what happened and instead of being respectful or trying to make it right, she had an attitude and then hung up on me. As a manager, that is completely unacceptable and she needs to be confronted for her behavior. No manager thats suppose to be doing their job the right way should speak to a customer who was trying to do the right thing and see if they would make things right but Sandra chose to take a different route. Corporate has been contacted as well. Something needs to be done for her behavior and actions.

I walked into place an order and they said they were only doing online orders. What kind of business limits their ordering to one system? In the few seconds that I was there, two people called on the phone and the employee told them the same thing. By my estimation, those two orders plus mine would’ve paid for labor for at least Two hours. Won’t ever try to order there again.

Ordered online around 6:45 pm, showed up in the one hour time frame they gave me to pick up, only to find that they weren’t making any of the food and not letting anyone know. Multiple people showed up for their orders and didn’t get anything. The lady working in the front said we couldn’t even get refunds until tomorrow and we have to come back to the store. I understand being low staffed, but at least turn off the online ordering or call and let people know.

The entire crew was super friendly, and helpful as I was a bit clumsy with my order. They made conversation with me as I waited, and even asked to help me to the car with the food! Everything was delicious and fresh, will be visiting again soon!

Lady at front desk had attitude and acted like she didn't want to be there. Waited 45 minutes for my food. My lunch break was over about this time. Once got my food and started eating. The wings were very dry and barely had any season. Highly don't recommend this restaurant.

I picked up an order and my drink tasted like straight soda water. I went back minutes after I had picked up my order and the door was locked and the 3 employees completely ignored me when I was just trying to get a different drink. I understand if it is against policy to open the door it's close to closing and are done making food for the night but the the fact that they made eye contact with me and just completely ignored me was very rude.
